Watches of Henley St Anmeldelser

As I was looking for a specific ladies Rolex watch and looking at many online sellers and came across Watches of Henley Street- I researched the company and everything looked legitimate across the board so contacted them by WhatsApp with a photo of the one I wanted. Ted called me and went through a few things then sent photos and videos of the watch which I decided to buy. That was on a Friday and I received the watch on the following Tuesday very securely packaged and the watch itself was perfect!! I was so pleased as buying online is always a bit worrying but I literally cannot praise them enough for the friendly professional and patient way Ted communicated with me. I would highly recommend this company and would like to thank them again!

I dropped in with a query about my Rolex Date 1982 & Ted put my mind at rest.
Courteous, professional & friendly with a great knowledge of the product.

I would 100% recommend Watches of Henley Street , from chatting on text to the purchase . So helpful and knowledgeable in comfortable and friendly Surroundings. The after service they offer completely puts you at ease and gives you peace of mind . We have used the Jewellery Quarter before but I would not go anywhere else for watches . When you’ve found the best you don’t need to go anywhere else .

I recently bought a Rolex from Watches of Henley Street, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
I have also experienced exceptional aftercare. Even after the purchase, the staff have been available to answer questions and offer support, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
If you're looking for a luxury watch and want excellent service before, during, and after your purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Watches of Henley Street.

I have just purchased, online, my first pre-owned Rolex, and I am delighted with it. It looks like new. I had lots of questions and they were extremely helpful, patient, friendly, courteous and trustworthy. The watch was adjusted in the store for me, with the help of some photos, and it fits perfectly! It was delivered before midday the next day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Watches of Henley Street, they are first class!

After searching the Watches of Henley St website for a pre owned ladies Rolex, my wife and I paid a visit to the shop in Birmingham. We found that the advice we received was extremely friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with the watch we eventually selected. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit the shop again.

Absolutely amazing service from Ted and Jordan.
Really looked after me and provided an excellent customer service from start to finish.
Would highly recommend watches of Henley street.

Visited this Saturday and bought a Rolex for my wife. There was lots of choice in the store and that helped us make a difficult decision on the style/colour and nothing was too much trouble. The team were knowledgeable and inspired confidence and the guarantee of 3 years, plus box and papers make this a solid and trusted purchase. Whilst there the team even adjusted my own Rolex bracelet for me and provided valuable advice. I will definitely return for watch servicing as the ricing is great and this is a team I feel I can trust. Thanks

I took my Cartier watch to their shop in the Birmingham jewellery quarter. Found the staff to be friendly professional and knowledgeable. Sold my watch to them and was paid promptly.
A very seamless and pleasant experience
Highly recommended.

I found Watches of Henley Street to be an excellent experience when purchasing more than one Rolex. The whole team were patient and knowledgeable. They made sure I was happy with my final purchase after I kept changing my mind. !! You could not find a better choice anywhere. Would thoroughly recommend them if you were looking to buy.

Can wholeheartedly agree with all the positive comments.
Dealt with Jordan who proved to be trustworthy honest and totally reliable, gave the feeling that my customer satisfaction was his priority.
This was my first time of dealing with WOHS - it most certainly will not be my last.
Would recommend without hesitation.

I purchased a Rolex watch for my wife, unfortunately it wasn’t for her, it was a beautiful watch well packaged and received it the next day, I contacted watches of Henley Street, Jordan couldn’t be more helpful in regards to returning the watch, if you want a pre owned quality watch this is the place, once again thank you Jordan.

A few months back I left my Rolex with WOHS for a service and polish. The watch was promptly serviced and returned looking like new. All was well until I experienced issues with the watch repeatedly stopping. Upon contacting WOHS I was incredibly surprised by their extremely positive and professional attitude in resolving the issue; they took full and immediate responsibility for resolving the problem without any question whatsoever. Unfortunately, the issues continued and I needed to return the watch to them numerous times over the coming months. You could argue that this should not have happened and WOHS should be criticized for this; however this is not the case. I was blown away by their commitment and incredible sense of customer service in resolving this issue; I have never experienced such a level of support and sense of ownership that they displayed. They are an incredible testament to what customer service should be. Despite the issues with my watch service, I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others. They were a pleasure to deal with and their level of professionalism was exceptional. If only all companies operated at this elevated level of customer service!!!!

Been in a couple of times with my Rolex firstly for a polish and thought it needed a service which was tested and assured me it was absolutely fine and didn’t need it which was nice also had a link out the bracelet and finally a screw kept coming loose in the link which was repaired in no time.
Absolutely incredible service and highly recommend without doubt.

Very attentive service and after sales, great variety of stock and pleasant to do business with. Communication was excellent with fast response - can't fault Watches of Henley Street and would definitely buy from there again. Thanks for looking after us, folks!

Excellent service yet again

Well I ve been searching for a particular watch for some time and of course at the right price I found "the one" on WOH. Site and left a message. They could not be more helpful and sent me a video of the watch concerned.Of course I was a bit nervous of doing quite a large transaction on line - but after researching I used the secure payment platform.
The watch arrived and it did not disappoint.
WOH you were great to deal with and I am delighted - Thanks!!!

Great experience from the outset , fair price given and paid on the same day 10/10 would recommend for a easy sale on all Rolex’s
