Watch Concierge Services Anmeldelser

Fantastic service provided from Sam during the sale of my Rolex Turn-o-Graph and purchase of a new Datejust. Communication was first class and we even managed to connect in person with Sam travelling into London. Everything ran like clockwork with the purchase and the watch was exactly as described. Only slight mark was pointed out in advance and barely noticeable in person. Appreciate the honesty. The sale was equally as smooth with regular updates and transparency throughout. Would highly recommend for buying and selling a luxury watch. Much better price and return than larger outfits like Watchfinder who I have used in the past. Personal and highly professional service.

Honest and helpful, would highly recommend

I have used Sam’s services many times now and have always been more than happy.
She is 100% trustworthy and honest and her advise and professionalism is second to none

Great experience from start to finish. Transactions like buying a special timepiece are really built on trust and Sam was amazing from start to finish. She is knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Watch Concierge Services to anyone and would definitely use again. The personal one to one touch is appreciated and never any pressure and nothing is too much trouble. 5 star service and experience.

I got to the WCS website while searching for a panda chronograph, as a gift for my own 60th birthday.
After a reassuring chat over the phone, Sam kindly offered to bring the watch to London on the very day of the big "event", as I was travelling the morning after.
My Carl F Bucherer Heritage Bicompax Annual came in pristine condition, with all "trimmings" included, and at an excellent price.
Sam's knowledge and love for these beautiful machines is contagious.

I can’t recommend WCS highly enough!

I recently purchased a Cartier Santos from Sam at Watch Concierge Services. Having not come across the company before, I had a few questions around the watch, process etc and Sam was both quick and detailed in her responses which were very reassuring - her comms were spot on throughout, and vastly different to dealing with one of the big corporate sellers out there. Having checked out her background and the great reviews online I went ahead with the purchase, and am very pleased I did. The watch arrived exactly when she said it would, in excellent condition. A nice bonus was along with the full set (box, papers, bracelet sizing tool), the original purchase receipt was also included. Overall a great buying experience, would be delighted to buy from WCS again. Thanks Sam!

If you are looking for a trustworthy business to handle and sell your watch, look no further. Great service, transparency and outstanding communication. It's all wrapped up in a professional and personal package.
I have been super impressed and have used WCS a number of times for both selling and buying.

I purchased an Omega Speed master MRK3 from Sam early 2025.
I looked into having the watch serviced originally by Omega., but after contacting them and being told there was 6 months waiting list. I reached out to Sam; she quickly arranged for the watch to be fully serviced. In next to no time, I had the watch back, saving a considerable amount of time and expense.
From first contact and throughout all my dealings with Sam at the “Watch Concierge Services” I have received nothing but great customer support.
I highly recommend Sam and her team.

Bought myself a Breitling Navitimer B01 from WCS, ultimately via Instagram, after first spotting the watch listed on Chrono 24. Sam was a breeze to deal with, I got the watch for a price I was very happy with and that worked for the seller. I was nervous at first making such a big purchase via Instagram but the previous reviews helped assure me, and Sam was not pushy at all.

Communication is a really important aspect for me and I can’t fault Sam’s. She kept me updated on the progress of my order at all time (I opted for the professional polishing service) and my watch arrived a few days earlier than expected.

The watch itself is in better condition than I expected. It’s only 2 years old but after the polish, it looks brand new, not a single sign of wear that I can see.

I would not hesitate to buy another watch from WCS in the future.

Honesty and knowledgeable

Great service, beautiful watch. Thanks Sam

My entire experience with WCS has been excellent. Sam has been incredibly respectful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made me feel valued throughout the process.

I would highly recommend WCS and will definitely continue to use their services.

Keep up the great work Sam.

Sold a watch recently using WCS. Clear communication throughout, sensible pricing ideas and a hassle free transaction. Will be using Sam again and would happily recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a watch.

Extremely helpful throughout my buying process. Very satisfied.

I sold a watch with WCS and it was a really easy and pleasant experience! Sam was super knowledgable on the market, and what I could expect for my timepiece. Very communicative, professional, and transparent throughout the whole process.

I’ve previously used the Watch Concierge Services for servicing my Rolex Sub No-Date a few years ago and the interaction was great! Have always kept an eye on what stock she has and always questioned, with great info always provided. Finally pulled the trigger on the Baltic/Time&Tide collaboration project and it doesn’t disappoint. It was quickly dispatched and well packaged, ensuring it was protected. Thank you again and I’ll go back to eying up the next watch.

Excellent service from start to finish, very helpful and professional. Not my first purchase and will not be my last.

Very prompt response to my initial email regarding a purchase of a listed watch requesting a one to one chat about the watch.
It is great to have a personal discussion on a purchase rather than just clicking a button.
The information and knowledge was excellent resulting in a purchase.
From start to finish the process was very efficient with plenty of information regarding tracking the item while out for delivery.
The description of the watch was absolutely spot on even highlighting two tiny marks that cannot been seen other than using a magnifying glass. Very honest.
A very nice touch was a hand written note wishing me all the best with my JLC watch when the watch was delivered.
I will certainly look to purchase another watch from this company.

Love this company!
Samantha was amazing to deal with and incredibly efficient.
I have been buying and selling watches for years and found buying from this company was a truly pleasurable experience.

W.C.S left me very happy on completion of their services,
Samantha who I was in contact with was true to her word and kept me informed all the way and did a great job in selling my Watch.
Absolute pleasure dealing with W.C.S and Samantha, I highly recommend them.
