I used Essex Bespoke Jewellery to purchase my partners engagement ring. The service i received was brilliant from start to finish. The ring it's self is absolutely stunning and my partner loves it! Thanks again Arron and adam, I would highly recommend.

I was looking to get my engagement ring redesigned. I met with Adam and we talked about design ideas. He sent me some drawings which we talk through and he iterated. I really love my ring and highly recommend Essex Bespoke jewellery for a very personal and bespoke service, I will definitely use them again in the future for another bespoke piece.

I was sceptical that having bespoke jewellery made was extremely expensive. After talking to Adam and meeting up with him to see what they can do. I gave them my budget and after a few weeks got some drawings back to give me an idea of what they could do. I was very happy with one of the drawings and after about six weeks met again with Adam so see the final product. I was very happy with what they had created and when I finally gave it to my wife she really liked it especially when she knew it was 1 of a kind. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Thanks again to Adam for all his help.

Arran worked with my fiancé to create my dream engagement ring and made the whole process feel effortless. We don’t live locally to Essex Bespoke Jewellery but Ben felt completely at ease trusting Arran with such an important purchase despite the distance. Arran kept him updated throughout and even worked to an expedited timescale so the ring was ready in time for the proposal.

The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, everything I’d hoped for and more! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and I genuinely can’t stop looking at it.

To make sure the proposal wasn’t delayed, the ring was hallmarked afterwards by agreement, and it also needed a slight resize. Arran has been fantastic throughout, answering my questions swiftly, offering reassurance and turning everything around quickly so that I’m without my ring for as little time as possible, despite living at the other end of the country.

What has impressed me most, aside from the ring itself, is the level of customer service. Communication has been prompt, professional and genuinely personal from start to finish. It’s clear Arran and Essex Bespoke Jewellery really care about both their craftsmanship and their customers.

Essex Bespoke Jewellery have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Arran provided us with advice and guidance when we decided to refresh our wedding bands. Twenty years of wear and tear had taken its toll on my husband’s wedding band, but Arran made it look brand new again. He remodelled my diamond half-eternity band into a full eternity with such skill; the new half is barely distinguishable from the old. We can’t recommend Essex Bespoke Jewellery highly enough.

From EBJ’s website I was able to choose exactly the ring I wanted thanks to great visualisation. They kept me informed of progress throughout the build and the end result is absolutely fantastic, and really good value for money.

I would totally recommend Essex Bespoke Jewellery and would use them again. We first met Arran who talked us through the options of an eternity ring for our 10th wedding anniversary. It began with a pair of earrings I had cherished for over 30 years—worn, broken, but full with sentiment. They were a part of my childhood, filled with memories I wanted to preserve and pass on to my daughter. The idea of having them recreated felt incredibly personal and delicate. I knew it would take someone truly SKILLED to handle something so meaningful. What I received from Adam at Essex Bespoke Jewelry (EBJ) was far more than a new pair of earrings, it was a BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED TRIBUTE that gave cherished memories new life.

From that FIRST piece, the journey naturally continued into three more thoughtfully crafted designs, making it a TOTAL OF FOUR special pieces. After the earrings, we moved on to the SECOND piece which was a custom tennis bracelet. Adam interpreted my vision with clarity and proficiency, sketching a fresh design that elevated the piece from a traditional style to something far more unique featuring a mix of pear and round diamonds that I ended up LOVING even more! The THIRD piece was another bracelet, dainty and minimal for everyday wear. The FOURTH and final piece to complete my collection for now (becomes very addicting as the creative possibilities are endless) was a pear-shaped necklace so delicately made it appears to float. Each design began with a hand-drawn sketch/CAD mock up, reflecting my vision and preferences, and evolved into something even more beautiful through his creativity and care.

From start to finish Arran at EBJ was an absolute gent and a true professional. I came to him with an idea for an engagement ring, he walked me through all the dos and donts and helped make the necessary changes. No question was too silly (there were a lot of them) and he even hand delivered the ring.
