This is the worst customer service that…
This is the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. So sad and disheartening that there are companies out there like this. Purchased a watch 23 days ago. Never received a receipt of goods or tracking info, so I disputed with my cc company immediately. A customer service rep contacted me and said that the watch actually had shipped to my address and if I was to receive it, I could refuse or return for a refund. Well, I did receive a box from them, that is still unopened. This watch was a gift for my husband and so I had to repurchase the item elsewhere because I had no idea if it was actually going to make for his birthday. Now the company is stating that they wont take it back. They will only send a return label for damaged or defective items. SCAM. I refuse to open the box, and assume that I will just send back to where it was shipped from. Very dishonorable company. It makes me sad that people would do this to others, especially during Christmas time.

Scammers
I’ve order recently for them to only send an order confirmation which is absolute bullshit. They have scammed me even replying to the online chat which is also a load of crap.
I have informed the bank and moving forward they are now investigating and once the transaction has gone through they can act on it.

Woeful Communication & Untrackable Package
No communication despite reaching out via e-mail after my tracking details haven’t changed in days. May revise this review if the watch does arrived, but the reviews here are pretty concerning.
Following up on WC's request to reach out to their support e-mail....I have done. Happy to reconsider my rating dependent upon receiving an actual response and the watch I’ve paid for in full.
Update: I’ve now had some contact, so will keep this rating under review.
Further update - I’ve been in contact several times with the Support e-mail asking for tracking from their Courier so I can keep an eye on the parcel’s progress before it gets into the Royal Mail system, but apparently this can’t be provided. Asking me to chase up isn’t resolving the problem and I’m getting no further updates whatsoever. They say they want to get it resolved, but I’m yet to see anything actually happen. Once again, happy to reconsider the review once I get some kind of confirmation that this will arrive by Christmas after the order was placed on 30/11.

Scam scam scam Beware
Please do not order from the website , they are scam and rip people off there hard earn money . I made a purchase since November 17 only for them to send me a royal mail tracking that wasn’t showing any real time update on order shipment and then yesterday I got an email that my order will be delivered today and today it’s shows my order has been deliver while I didn’t receive any package and it shows order deliver and I even try to check the proof of delivery only for royal mail to tell me they have a different post code to my own . I live in Birmingham and my post code is B10 OJD and only to see that order was delivered to flint DO in Chester. Please be careful of this dubious company. They are not genuine but pure scam .

This site is a fraud. I ordered a Tagg Huer F1 watch for a present. The site gave me a FedEx tracking number: it was never active, asked the support team and never got a real answer. No phone available to contact them.
The watch not only arrived 30 days late, but it was another model than the one ordered !! It was not delivered by Fedex, and was just left in a carton box outside my door; no signature required !
After closely examining the watch, it was clear it was a fake, with no original warranty from the maker.
Then I, of course, asked for a refund. They offered me to keep the watch wrongly sent, and said they were sorry they would send the correct model, and I was to keep the first one sent. Imagine, giving away a $1.5K watch (this only confirmed the fraud). Of course I refused.
In short, I have returned the watch. They have confirmed to receive it, and, after 3 weeks they have not refunded my account. I am disputing these pirates the transaction with bank, and I will win it.
Please, avoid being cheated by these people.

Buyer beware , No return policy for disatisfaction
I am not happy with this company . You should not advertise free seven return if there's no return policy (that in itself is very misleading ) on a watch unless it's damaged or faulty . I would not have purchased the watch knowing that the return policy is only towards damaged or faulty watches. The watch I ordered was a Michael Korrs watch for women .The face of watch looked much larger in person than it did on the website . Not happy that the return policy of seven days is only for faulty or damaged watch.I will not be recomending this company.

They scammed me by saying they sent a replacement (no updated tracking number) they then said they'd offer me a 5% refund. (Never received) I queried this with a formal complaint, provided evidence to which they stopped communicating.

Bought a watch as a birthday gift for a family member after seeing clear writing ‘free 7 day returns’ on their website. Unfortunately the watch face was too large for the recipient so needed to be returned. When I politely asked customer service to return, they have now said it can only be returned if faulty or damaged. This was very unclear, otherwise I would never have bought the product. So disappointed. Be careful if buying from this company.
