I had ordered a phone connection with…
I had ordered a phone connection with 02 for 23rd June 2026. They took 2 subscriptions for the phone service in August and September, (the second on September 7th) without having connected me to the service. I have waisted an inordinate amount of time speaking to their staff with no tangible results. They promised to connect me on September 23rd but failed to do so. This is by far the worst service of its type I have ever encountered. Each time you contact them the staff promise they will be able to help but fail to do so. Nothing with this company seems to work but they are quick to set up a direct debit to collect a monthly subscription without providing the service.
Up the point of writing I have still not been connected though I have received an email saying I will be 'ported' by the 23rd September.
I would certainly advise friends and family not to approach this company. One family member told me he has already moved his account to another company.

This is my third review about this company.
I purchased a Tag Heuer Watch the end of last year..After going to a Tag Heuer specialist for get the braclet altered I was told it was a fake, it had already been registered years ago.I have written proof with all the faults.
This company offered 30% partial refund as they were still stating it was 100% authenicity guarenteed, I am still waiting for this months and months in.
They say its been done, then being processed .
They reply with the same automated emails and just fob you off !!
This company need shutting down..
They will reply to this email again, stating to get in touch, then we will do the whole circle of process again..
All I want it the 30% patrical refund.
Please Do Not buy from this Scam company !!!!

Despite several reports about this scam site selling fake goods Trustpilot continues to allow the company to post responses to reviews and link to the site - which gives the site legitimacy even though it is clearly a scam site
I’m reposting just to make sure people are aware of this and don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not even consider buying anything from this site - they are all fakes, confirmed by the manufacturer (see my last post)

Grade A fakes
Grade A fakes. I bought a hilfiger watch for my wife. The watch, did not match the picture. The feel of the watch is lighter than her other hilfiger watches. And rattles more. If you do buy from them, you will find out. My wife brought me a mens hilfiger. I wont wear it... FAKE. I also own several hilfiger watches. So i know!!!

This is the most unprofessional company i have come across and a huge mistake buying watch from them. woollen threads started coming out of my gucci strap after couple of times i wore it.
I made complaints via emails about 10times and no resolution from watch connection.
Will never buy any or recommend anyone to use this company to buy any fashion or luxury watch from them. Complete waste of money and very poor after sales service. They don’t give monkeys to warranty they offer. It’s probably a scam selling and once they get your money they are done with you.

Don't buy anything from here, they are just thieves, they take your money and then never send the goods. If you message them, the computer sometimes says that the goods have arrived, in next mail they say it will arrive, they say they will refund your money, then they say the goods have arrived. I have been looking at them like this for a year. I gave them $900 and after that I have not received anything. I ordered two watches, no record given and they never arrived. The customer service is all fake. It's better to go to a store and buy. Save from this forgery.

I still don't understand why this company hasn't been taken down. How many negative reviews does it take?? They are fake. Scammers. I am currently preparing a chargeback dispute and reviewing my legal options. I’ll not leave it like that:)
I ordered my watch to Israel in mid-December 2025. Due to an incorrect phone number on my end, I couldn’t coordinate with the courier and the package was returned. Your team then promised to reship it and provided a tracking number that still shows no meaningful updates.
It is now June 2026, and I have neither received my watch nor a refund.
For months, I’ve been getting the same useless response from support and Anna: “wait for the tracking to update.” At this point, I’m not even convinced I’m speaking to a real person rather than an AI repeating the same script.
I’m done with the excuses. Either provide a legitimate tracking link with verifiable shipment details and an estimated delivery date, or issue a full refund immediately.
I am currently preparing a chargeback dispute and reviewing my legal options. I have kept records of all communications and promises made regarding the reshipment.
Six months without a product or refund is completely unacceptable.

Scam do not buy
Absolutely horrible company which is a scam do not buy from them. The service is terrible I paid for 2 Mavado watches from April and now it’s June and I still have not received my order, neither have I received any form of indication when my order will be delivered “it’s apparently stuck in the multiverse”, with no way to track or give any information about its whereabouts.

Shocking experience they sold me a fake Seiko Prospex Speedtimer, I returned the watch and made a chargeback through my card company, they then at a later date sent me this message below:
