Watch connection replied and told me there is confusion about the specs of my watch and my mistake.
The back of my watch clearly states Sapphire crystal.
So now I am completely sure they are criminally minded .

Ordered a new TAG it arrived in great time. It was definitely a genuine TAG and I really liked it. After a week or so it stopped I got it going again but it stopped a further 2 times before I contacted Watch Connection.
After multiple emails they eventually agreed to its return. Informing me that if I paid the return postage they would refund me as soon as they received the watch. Now over 4 months later and after multiple emails requesting the postage refund, I still haven’t received the postage costs. I am now not getting any replies to my messages.
Unfortunately their after sales service is abysmal. Just hope if you buy from Watch Connection that you don’t have any problems with the watch or you’re in for a lot of emails trying to get it sorted out.
A nice response from Watch connection. But unfortunately it’s just words, as of 30th March I am still awaiting the postage costs!!

Cheaters
I ordered the watch from these cheaters on January 17th. Waited to get it more than a month, then I saw on tracking information it’s been returned. No one ever called me to get it (address and phone number I gave are legit)! I asked for the refund on February 18th. It’s March 9th, never got my money back! They’re lying to me daily!
Don’t buy from them. You won’t get the watch, and you will never get your money back!
Edit after your response: Don’t lie anymore! I’m in contact with your “support team” more than 20 days already, and you’re constantly saying the same thing! I want my money back!

Shockingly poor after service
Shockingly poor after service. Watch i bought was faulty and was promised a reaplcement. 6 months later i'm still waiting despite dozens of emails. They simply don't care once they've had your money. My advice is to avoid and shop at a more reputable site.

I purchased a Tissot PRX Quartz watch, Order No: 158275WC, on November 27, 2025. The watch arrived on January 5, 2026. It took quite a while. The watch arrived defective. I have contacted many times.
I am waiting for the watch to be replaced or my money back, but so far nothing has been resolved.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever ! From 21 January when I’ve placed the order, we are today in 4 of March, and my order haven’t arrived yet ! Those 15-20 working days delivery estimated are long passed ! Fälschung erhalten!!
Ein Stern ist noch zuviel!
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit eine hochwertige Seiko Automatik Uhr dort bestellt.
Als die Uhr ankam, fiel mir sofort auf dass die Gangreserve nicht annähernd so lange hielt wie sie sollte. Mir fielen dann bei genauen hinsehen weitere Ungereimtheiten bei der Uhr auf.
Auf Nachfrage bei watch-Connection wurde erst so getan als würde man sich dem Problem annehmen und nach einer Lösung suchen. In späteren E-Mails wurde mir stets nur noch versichert dass mit der Uhr alles in Ordnung sei und mir wurden dubiose Erstattungen von bis zu 50% angeboten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich aber schon die Bestätigung von Seiko Deutschland vorliegen, dass es sich bei meiner Uhr um eine Fälschung handelt. Der Verkäufer watch-connection geht einfach nicht darauf ein und behauptet weiterhin stur, die Uhr wäre echt.
Ich glaube da ist nichts weiter zu sagen.
Unseriös bis zum geht nicht mehr...

THE SORRY TALE OF BUYING A WATCH ONLINE…
..... FROM WATCH CONNECTION.
Best not to deal with Watch Connection. they are disorganised, dishonest and provide shockingly poor customer service.
I've found that you cannot trust anything Watch Connection says or puts on their website!
1. Order placed online on 26 November 2025 for a specific model of Tag Heuer watch.
2. No information received for some weeks.
3. Query in mid-December received the response that the order was in progress and watch would be received soon.
4. Watch arrived 7 January 2026, but it was the WRONG MODEL – one that was listed on the website at $1000 cheaper price!
5. 9 January, Watch Connection queried it was the wrong model and requested photos and video.
6. 12 January Watch Connection denied it was the wrong model, but offered refund, providing I paid return freight and insurance!
17. 7 January, Watch Connection offered 10% refund if I agreed to keep the watch!
8. For the remainder of January, correspondence back and forth, offering various partial refunds, with messages often contradicting previous messages.
9. Two partial refunds finally received in late January, totalling $846.27, with a balance of $153.73 still owing, under the agreement that I keep the watch, albeit not the model I ordered in the first place.
10. Early February, Watch Connection states they have processed the final remaining refund, but nothing appears in bank statement.
11. 19 February, Watch Connection states “Once the refund is processed on our side…”, and yet nothing appears in bank statement as of 23 February.
12. 23 February, Watch Connection states: "Please be assured that the remaining refund of $153.73 AUD has now been processed .... ", but no funds appear in my account.
13. 25 February, Watch Connection states: "Please be assured that the refund of $153.73 AUD has been fully processed from our side." Nothing appears in my account.
14. 26 February, Watch Connection states: "We have re-checked our system, and the refund of $153.73 AUD has been fully processed today." Still nothing appears in my account.
CLEARLY, WATCH CONNECTION CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
.... And as you see from their continued response below, nothing is likely to change! If, in fact, they do pay the final refund owing, I will update this review accordingly.

They shipped me a fake Seiko Prospex Speedtimer, the lower sub dial does not show the power level. This is a key sign of a fake using a different movement, upon contacting their support at first it seemed good, but upon chasing them multiple times and submitting videos and photos of the watch showing its faults they refused to acknowledge that the watch was counterfeit and have become very uncooperative. I have taken it up with my bank and I would warn anyone away from buying with this company.

SCAMMERS- WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL - TORONTO CANADA
It’s is now 32 business days since WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL - TORONTO CANADA, sold me a watch that never existed. In other words, they scammed me and stole my money.
I can confirm from my bank that the refund that WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL claim they made, was never initiated by them. Avoid this company.
As per WATCH CONNECTIONS response, I have contacted them again with my order number and requested a review. Basically I just want my refund. I will write another post in 5 days time with an update on the outcome of their review.
It shouldn’t be too hard for them to put the money back into the same bank account that they took the money out of.
I have asked WATCH CONNECTION for evidence of the refund transaction. They failed to respond with the evidence.

Patience is recommended
I would give five stars if the company was more communicative about the shipment status (I had to wait two weeks for getting an update on shipping status since my order was placed - but they were mentioning that possibility in their instruction page).
My Seiko watch arrived inside a well padded package with reinforced corners, at brand new condition. It was my first time I used that side, so it was a leap of faith (and lots of anxiety). If you are impatient or anxious, better use another site (I am located in Greece, so that added to the delays I suppose - I don't know what happens if you are located in the USA).
Edit: forgot to mention, it took a month before receiving my watch since I placed the order. So, patience is very recommended
