Bought a TAG Aquaracer that was a high quality fake. The first tell was it shipped from China. A little sleuthing confirmed that as the tracking number was a China forwarder,that sent the watch to the USPS in Atlanta. A legit TAG Heuer would not ship from China. The watch arrived with no signature required, highly unusual for a $2000 timepiece. I took the watch to a TAG store, and they confirmed it was a fake after opening the case back. I started a claim with PayPal, with refunded my money, and PayPal is no longer a payment option for Watch-Connection. The return address for the watch to be sent back was a private home in a Chicago suburb. They are fraudsters. Stay away.

Scammers and thieves
I ordered a watch as a gift for my son 7 January 2026 for AUD342. After several weeks (27/01/26), suspecting a false tracking number, I followed up with the company and they replied with some reassuring emails - stating that the delay was due to customs clearance. At that time I also contacted Australia Post and they were unable to help, saying that the number was consistent with the format of such numbers, but they were unable to locate that number. Aust Post asked me to check back in a couple of weeks. During this time I continued to email support@watch- connection.com ("Ms Anna Wright") and ask for proof that my watch had been sent and assistance with locating the whereabouts of my package. In her last email (23/02/26) Ms Wright stated that there would be an investigation and "we can process a refund if the package cannot be located promptly". I never received a refund and had to seek assistance from my bank. During this process I have continued to receive advertising from this fake retailer - it's disgusting and this entity should be charged for fraud.

I ordered a watch on 4th feb and it never arrived. After emails back and forth they said they would send a new one in 10 to 15 days. If it didn't arrive I could get a full refund. It never arrived and after emailing them again they said i have to wait 10 to 15 days as delivery failed AGAIN. Delivery has never been attempted .
Since this review is was emailed to be told it's would be given a full refund. Surprisingly still waiting on it. Today I got another email about failed delivery 🙃

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Please don't purchase anything from this company. I purchased a men's watch for my husband but I received a small women's watch. They refused to exchange it for a men's watch and repeatedly stated that I received the watch that I ordered. I only ordered the damn thing because they advertised it as a man's watch. Now they see my review and want to act as if they care and they want to help. They are SHYSTERS!!! Stay away from this company!!!

DO NOT BUY - Fake Watches and Bad Customer Service
Edit: They responded to this review asking me to contact their email address. That is the same email address I have been speaking to for 1 month. If they provide the return label, let me return the watch and give me a refund I will update this review.
This company sells fake watches and their customer service is very poor. Customer service is obviously run by a chat bot, not a real person.
I ordered a Seiko from Watch Connection and it took 2 weeks to arrive with no tracking information provided. When the watch stopped running after 2 days of wearing it I sent it to the manufacturer. They inspected the watch and told me it is fake.
I have been exchanging messages for 1 month with someone called 'Anna' who appears to be a fake person. Eventually after multiple messages, providing evidence from the manufacturer and emailing every few days asking for updates, they finally agreed to give me a refund if I return the watch.
They are now saying they can't send me a return label because of a system error. I have asked 3 times for the address and so I can organise the postage, but they refuse to give it to me. This is an obvious delaying tactic. The system error is fake, just like their watches. It does not take a week to produce a return label. I have also received 2 identical emails when asking about the postage label, more proof this is not a real person.
Do not buy watches from this company. Do not trust their customer service.

They really tell you how it will be... It took the full 20 days for me to be able to track the item. If you're okay with it... then hey, this is your shop! Item was received without issue. Authentic, as described, brand new! Will buy again! I of course hope the watch remains in working condition; so far, so good.

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!
These are just scammers. I ordered 2 watches in early November. They sent some tracking number across for Royal Mail that didn’t work. When I queried it, I was told it was delayed. I was asked to wait a little longer which I did. It still didn’t arrive, I was then told they had re-ordered the watches and given me a refund of 15%. Funnily enough neither the new ordered watches or the 15% refund have arrived! DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THEM!!!! Learn from my stupidity!!!

Dishonest, Fake Goods - AVOID!!!
Avoid Watch Connection like the plague. Totally dishonest, selling counterfeit items despite claiming their products to be 100% genuine. Like most responses on Trustpilot their items take an eternity to arrive, which suggests they are coming from afar, probably South East Asia or China etc.
When I finally received the TAG Heuer watch that I ordered and their free gift, I should have realised if the price seems too good to be true then, think about it, it’s fake and simply not true. Wish I’d have read the 64% of Trustpilot reviews that rate these people 1/5 before I parted with my hard earned cash. Won’t bore you with all the details but after 42 emails between us and returning the item to their nominated address in London and incurring additional Special Delivery (tracked postage) and after them trying to dissuade me from returning the item by offering a 20% discount and refund which they raised to 30% after I refused and said I would be returning the item. They said they would inspect the returned items once received before agreeing to a refund. After many chasers, they claim a refund had been processed to my original form of payment and like most retailers claimed the refund would come through within 5 days. Of course no refund was received within that timescale and it’s been far longer than that now, so they are deceitful on many fronts. Not only selling counterfeit goods but lie about their intentions. Thankfully I was able to refer the matter to my credit card provider and after raising a payment dispute and providing them with all the background, I have received my money back. I see Watch Connection have posted one of their standard replies again. Did they not read the fact that we’ve already communicated no fewer than 42 times by email. Total sham, pretending to care about their customers and their experiences. Such a joke!

Tissot watch proved to be not genuine
Watch took several weeks to arrive however it did arrive in time for Christmas.
Initially it looked as ordered however when we tried to register the serial number on Tissot website it would not go through.
Contacted Watch Connection who stated it was genuine and they offered a discount however I sent off to Tissot for authentication and it was found to be not genuine. Claimed cost from credit card.

This site is scamming
This site is scamming. Ordered a watch and never recieved it. After 3 months requested refund and was told I couldn't get a refund. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge and recieved a refund. Kept getting response emails from someone named Anna which was most likely a fake character. This company is not in the USA from my research. Don't fall for the cheap prices before researching like I did to find out it's some overseas scamming site.

I received a Gucci watch with one of the letters fallen off the logo inside. I contacted customer service and they assured me they would exchange it for a new one. I waited 4 weeks as stipulated in the communication and nothing came. When I enquired they sent me the tracking number for the original purchase and said it was delivered and I would have to go after the postal service. I forced the issue and they admitted that there was an error and they would send me the new tracking number soon. I waited 4 weeks again - nothing. I asked again and they said they had made an error and they would send the new tracking number soon - 4 weeks later again - still nothing. BE Cautious these people are scammers at customer service!!
They reached out immediately to "FIX" the problem, as you can see below, once I gave a bad review, and I responded to them immediately. It has been another 11 days with no response. They are not good at customer service and DO NOT stand behind the product. Don't buy unless you are willing to roll the dice on getting a working product.
