Terrible customer service and probably fake watches.
Terrible customer service, I’m not even sure of the authenticity of the watch. I bought a Seiko which arrived and the date mechanism stopped working within 2 weeks. So, I’ve spoken with “Ms Anna Wright” - either a bot or virtual assistant not related to the company to organise a return and warranty repair. Turns out the address is probably fake as it has been returned and is still in transit on its way back to me, which cost me an extra $30 to post in the first place. I can’t stress how bad this company is enough. I’ve now been told to repost it TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS which I’m definitely not going to do, and I’ve asked for a refund. FAKE COMPANY, PROBABLY FAKE PRODUCTS AND FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m going to pay bots to absolutely destroy this company with bad reviews. I’m sure any good reviews have been paid for by the company.

I wish I could give negative five stars.
This shop only sells fakes.
Do not buy from this store.
I had ordered a TAG and once I saw the reviews, I asked their robot "Anna Wright" for a refund many, many times, and it was ignored, or excuses like "too late, it is with our courier" but it wasn't as it took over 20 days to arrive from a shipping point of origin called MS Li.
So the watch finally arrived today, I entered the serial number into the genuine TAG website to register the watch, it registered.. should I say re-registered from 2023! Clearly a stolen serial number and warranty code.
Have logged a complaint with my bank and Australian govt agency Fair Trading to get my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Be VERY CAREFUL when ordering from watch-connectiom.com! I placed an order for 2 watches. 1 was received 1 month later from some international supply. Policy when it works for them only
Emailed them within the hour of purchasing advising that I would like to make an exchange for another watch which have the same price (confirmation emailed received at 7.17pm, I emailed them at 7.40pm on the 9th of April).
They responded back on the 10th of April saying it's possible. This went back and forth until the 18th of April, when they advised "they do not have an exchange policy available". They then advised they can assist with cancelling the order. Which conveniently they can't cancel at this stage.
Waited until the 30th to take delivery as they then changed their advise to "once you take delivery, we will guide you through a step-by-step return porcess".
This went back and forth a few times, and they even offered to refund 10% of the purchase price for my inconvenience and just keep the watch instead (emailed receid on 1st of May).
When I refused again insisting on a return, on the 3rd of May, then advised as per "policy" return can only be done if wrong goods were delivered, item is faulty or damaged.
Why say you can do things when you actually can't, not once but twice? I was fully expecting that all the delays the delay would eventually resulted in, the return policy is only within certain amount of days.
Terrible customer service. I've also been dealing with the same person this whole time "Anna Wright". So Anna is not "right" as she has been wrong on multiple occasions. Just terrible!!

Update - They sell fakes
This is an update to my review from 4/15/26. As is typical, the company responded to my previous review and said reach out etc. My husband did this and the rep acted like they were doing him a favor. They are “willing to make an exception” and accept a return but he had to pay the return shipping to Canada. What a joke. They sent a counterfeit watch and should refund the money, end of story. If they want the fake back they should pay for the return shipping. Any legitimate company that made an honest mistake by dealing with, for example, an unscrupulous supplier, would be apologetic and handle the return and refund process. If my husband sends this fake watch internationally, it will probably get seized by customs and then watch-connection can just claim they never received the return. IMO, watch-connection.com knowingly misleads and defrauds consumers. They still have their false 5 start trust pilot rating on their site. They still claim all their watches are authentic. We’re just doing a charge back as we have proof from Gucci that the watch is a knock off. Also, I know it’s a hassle, but everyone they defrauded should file complaints with the FTC and IC3 (feds). Maybe nothing will come of it, but every once in a while the feds seem to crack down on scammers like this. Here’s to hoping watch-connection.com is next.

They sell Replica Watches STAY AWAY!
I ordered a very unique and limited edition of a SEIKO watch which I use to have in the past. As soon as the watch arrived I knew was a replica as the second hand and GMT hand where of different colour, the dial skewed on the righ and the overall finishing of a lower level for the original. I asked immediately to return and refund it but they kept offering me only a 10% discount. In one email they offered full refund but a day after I got the same old email offering again 10% only. This is a high end Seiko produced in the same factory that produced Grand Seikos and what I got is definitely not coming from there. I collect watches for over 30 years and I know what I buy. I had to ask Barclays and VISA to step in reporting a frode case to resolve the matter. It's a SCAM only website.
