Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered here from the UK and seemed to be the only place that sold a particular type, paid nearly £300 for a Michael kors watch as a present. As soon as I took it out of the box a knew it was a fake, it confirmed to me as it was sent in the wrong packaging. Didn’t even come with a battery. Has never worked. Waste of money and an absolute scam.
Madness how this is allowed to continue and this so called ‘company’ is getting away with this.

My Seiko Watch Is Counterfiet
I bought a Seiko Pogue Watch from Watch Connection. I watch I wanted for a year now. The watch seemed a good price as they advertised with 30% off. So I bought it as a Christmas present for myself.
The watch took 3 weeks to get to my address in the UK.
I opened the box. No receipt and I didn't even have to sign for the package.
I thought the watch looked ok, but the box packaging was different to a you tube video of an unboxing of this particular watch. The Seiko logo on the clasp was week in legality.
After reading so many bad reviews on Trust Pilot, I started to worry.
£364 is alot if money for a fake watch.
So I Sent it to Seiko UK to be checked to see if it was genuine.
This what they said.
Dear Mr Parry,
I am writing to you regarding the Seiko watch sent to us for examination.
After a meticulous examination by our Senior Watchmaker, an individual with over 40 years’ experience at SEIKO UK, I regret to inform you that we have established beyond doubt that the item you sent to us is a counterfeit. No aspect of this item has been manufactured by SEIKO Watch Corporation.
I will contact you over the next week outlining our findings and giving further information on the product you purchased. We will detail the reasons that have led us to the conclusion that the item is unfortunately, a counterfeit.
Ideally Seiko UK would like to keep the item here in our care.
I would also recommend you contact your local Citizen Advice Bureau who can advise you further on the best steps to take next. Their advice is not only free and impartial, but they can also refer the case on to Trading Standards who, in turn, can open a case against the Seller that sold you a counterfeit product.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at this time.

I wish I read the reviews on Trust Pilot first then I would of never made the purchase in the first place.

I ordered my watch on 3rd Jan, received confirmation & informed it would be sent immediately, after approx 2 weeks I emailed asking where my tracking was they sent some random number that went nowhere, waited patiently for another 2 weeks & still the tracking went nowhere, finally emailed asking for a refund & still no communication so put a request into my bank for a refund & surprise surprise the watch turned up today but still no communication & completely different tracking number.. Avoid this company at all costs..

I have ordered watches online with many different companies, but never experienced anything so disturbing as dealing with this company. What they do is a new level of deceit that would shock most. First you email them, they respond quickly & whatever the issue is, they respond positively like they are sorting the issue out immediately. The reality is they just reply with what you’d expect to hear from a thoughtful respectful company with excellent customer service would respond, then they immediately forget your email & then do the same response with the next customer. The emails are all dealt with by an imaginary person with an imaginary name (Ms. White) but I clearly explained all to Ms.White & she confirms, then the next day it’s the same name and the person responds with wrong information like I’ve never dealt with them before. Could be AI email, who knows? Main issue is that I placed an order, then immediately asked them to cancel. They confirmed 100% they cancelled, then sent the watch out to me 3 weeks later to my surprise. I asked for a return label when watch arrived, they said “No problem, we will send one!” Waited a week, no label, emailed them again, then they responded “We don’t have a level system.” Send it to us. I asked if I send it to them will they reimburse postage “Yes, as soon as we get return.” Item returned, no reimbursement & emails have gone silent. I’ve sent more than 60 emails on just this simple issue. I’ve ordered two watches and they took the payment for the second one, told me tracking is sent. Two weeks pass, and no tracking or tracking number sent. Klarna shows no item despatched. How anyone can treat their customers like this is a new level of dishonesty. You can’t believe a word they tell you.
UPDATE: So as you can see, they responded like they are concerned. It’s all an act. I responded to the email & they continued with more lies. Everything they’ve sent me has been returned, but they still have my stolen money. They claimed to have issued a refund weeks ago, but I’ve checked with Klarna & the Bank and both underline that no refund has been issued. Lie after lie with this company.

As the rest of these customers have said, watches are 100 percent fake , 3 x tag heuers purchased. All look close to real, problem is the QR codes don’t bring you to the website, spoke to tag heuers in UK and they confirmed this place is not a verified seller. Also big thing to look out for is the watches are lighter than the genuines, my watches are all 70 plus grams lighter. Do you research and avoid like the plague. These website should be shut down. I hope this helps someone save the hassle. The replies people receive on here are also a load of rubbish. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This seller was a scam from the beginning. They had major delays in getting the watch delivered, tracking info never updated, received the watch way past the allotted time. Had to email them several times to get the return info. Returned the item and am currently waiting for the refund which was allegedly issued 8 business days ago. I bought a watch in December 2025. They said it was shipped and provided a bogus shipping tracking number. When confronted they said just to keep waiting. Later they sent an email saying that the item actually didn't ship and to pick another item that was in stock on their website. I looked on their website and saw the same watch in stock so I ordered the same item and they confirmed. They then said it would ship soon and later gave the SAME bogus shipping number. It's laughable how pathetic this website is. At best it's a completely incompetent enterprise that will waste your time. At worst it's a fraudulent operation that will scam you of your money.

Trust me 1 star is GENEROUS. I purchased what I thought to be a legitimate US Special Seiko King Turtle SRPH57. It was delivered, opened and immediately apparent that it was a counterfeited item. Even down to being in the wrong packaging. DO NOT BUY FROM WATCH-CONNECTION, they are a front for a Chinese reproduction syndicate under the guise of a Canadian website. Do not under any circumstance buy a watch from these “people”.

Sells counterfeit watches
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Counterfeit watches!
The Tag Heuer I had ordered in November as a Christmas present took 2 months to arrive. I took it to a Tag Heuer service centre to be authenticated & it was confirmed to be a fake. I have documentation from Tag Heuer to support this. I am initiating a refund process & if they refuse, I will start a dispute with the bank. Frauds!
Update: 6/2 After their response (see below) I have forwarded order number & Tag Heuer documentation to their customer service team. Will keep you updated re progress.
Update: 8/2 Appalling customer service! They have the gall to still insist the watch is 100% genuine, even after I showed them paperwork from a genuine Tag Heuer workshop declaring otherwise. Offers me a partial refund & doesn’t want their watch back. That leaves me no choice but to turn to my financial institution for help. I am also filing a police report with the Australian Cyber Security Centre. My advice? SAVE YOURSELVES THE HASSLE AND DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM WATCH-CONNECTION.COM .
Update 12/2: Finally agreed to issue a full refund 2 days ago. Let’s see how long that takes. Will keep you posted.
Update 19/2: The refund still hasn’t come through. I will be filing a police report.
Update 28/2: Today they finally cancelled my order & actually issued me a refund! However, they don’t seem to want their watch back as I have sent them numerous emails asking them to confirm the local address I should be returning the watch to with no reply.

I ordered and paid for a watch from Watch Connection on 16/11/2025. As part of a promotion, I was entitled to select a free secondary watch from a small list. However, the website would not allow me to add the free gift during checkout.
I contacted customer support and was told by email that my order had been updated and that the free watch had been added. Based on this assurance, I waited the advised 25+ day delivery period.
Over the following weeks, I exchanged nine emails with customer support. I was repeatedly told the item was delayed at customs and was even promised a 10% goodwill refund, none of which ever happened. I was also advised to check with neighbors and my local post office—there were no deliveries and no pending packages.
As of 01/02/2026, the watch has still not arrived. The free gift was never added to my order, no tracking number was ever provided, and no refund was issued. Despite this, I continued to receive reassuring but misleading responses saying the item would arrive “soon.”
Based on my experience, Watch Connection failed to deliver the product, failed to provide tracking, and failed to refund the purchase. Customer support responses appear scripted and unhelpful.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website. Read the reviews carefully and buy elsewhere.
