Brought a tag watch in December 25 arrived within twenty days it didn’t look right took it to a tag dealer where i live and they confirmed it was a fake just looked at the feedbacks I wish I did before I purchased the watch

Scammers, liars . These people should be prosecuted

Wrong item was sent to me, customer service told me that the return would not be accepted. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the transaction. Now customer service is threatening legal action.

The watch was a fake, and I had to return it. After two weeks, I received my refund. I recommend avoiding this company.

Everyone please read my review of this scam company watch-connection.com on this website. Please help me stop them from putting even 1 more person through what they are putting me through.
It has been 60 days since I purchased 2 watches from them. 30 days since the package was seized for counterfit postage, 29 days since I said I lost basic consumer trust with the postage issue and would not accept replacements, and 14 days since I sent them a demand letter for a full refund of my money.
They have told dozens upon dozens of lies throughout this process. They purposely mislead people on their website about shipping, outright lie about their trust pilot ratings and stock levels just to name a few. I was told 3 different times my refund was on its way back to my bank and when I asked for proof, they said they will send me proof within 24 hours. THREE TIMES.
If anyone else has been scammed from them or went through some similar, please reach out to me at fauch9939. Add the g and mail and the dot com. I have spoken with 3 different attorneys and will make a decision in the next day or two which one to move forward with.
I am assuming the more plaintiffs the better to get the word out about these scammers and hopefully we can stop these scammers from doing this to anyone else.
If you want an idea of how this company operates, do a little research. Look at the people who give this company 5 stars then look at their other reviews. One guy bought 5 watches from different companies in 6 days. One guy posted in 4 different reviews, 4 different jobs he has, plus he owns an e-commerce store and owns a logistic company. 😅🤣😂

Following on from to the response from Watch Connection on 26 January 2026, I’ve provided my purchasing history and returns information including the address they provided for the watch to be returned. They’ve since confirmed a refund has been made to my account?? Given this, I find it pointless to continue any further communication with them as it is clear there’s no intention of providing a refund.

Watch Connection’s Returns policy for UK online purchases doesn’t align with UK online sales. After finally getting permission to return my watch order number 157683WC in November 2025 and confirming they’d received it (posted via Royal Mail tracked and signed for), they assured me of a refund. However, I haven’t received the refund as of 25 January 2026.

Overall, I’m dissatisfied. purchasing history and returns information including the address provided by Watch Connection for the watch to be returned.
Watch Connection has since advised that a refund has been made to my account. Given this, I find it totally futile to continue with email correspondence as it appears there is no intention of providing a refund.

The absolute worst company to buy from. The customer service is non existent. After 2 months of not receiving my order I attempted multiple times to contact about what’s going on and have it resolved. I was told it was cancelled but never received my money back. I have tried all ways of contact and now they have blocked me and no response. I’m out over $300 and a company that is just in it for the money. No care for the customer at all

Ordering was easy, and the watch arrived exactly as it appeared online. I believe the price was reasonable given what I received.

Since it was my first order from them, I was initially concerned, but the watch arrived exactly as advertised and appeared to be brand new. Delivery was quick and the packaging was good. Compared to what I found elsewhere, the price was better. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and would definitely use them again.

Utter scammers, that sell fake watches
Ordered two Seiko watches, took weeks to arrive, one a limited edition turquoise Gmt, the other a solar chrono, they both arrived with exactly the same paperwork even tho the gmt was supposedly a limited run of 500! The chrono didn't even work properly.

Excuse after excuse from these crooks, at one point they said they were to busy with orders to supply any verification for the watches!!!

Had enough and wanted to return, first of all they wanted £800 of watches returned to some personal address in illinois, which obviously I refused, luckily went thru PayPal (although they were also awful ) seller supplied address in Miami, I returned them from UK within a week.......

You guessed it, seller says not received, even tho I had every proof of being signed for, pics of tracking, parcel, label etc they kept telling PayPal watches not received, wankers at PayPal kept asking me for the same proof every two weeks, got to deadline for seller to reply and they just said the same thing again. I took nearly seven weeks to finally get my money from PayPal.

As a reply to watch connection response, I strongly urge you lot to jog on, will be visiting your UK address in Bristol soon.

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Do not buy from this website! They are attempting to disguise as the real Watch Connection website.

I ordered a Gucci watch 28 November 2025 and the shipment was held back in Norwegian Customs 18 December (it was to be a Christmas gift).

It was suspected to be fake, which was eventually was confirmed by Gucci SpA.

The fake watch was shipped out of Hong Kong with all labels and box looking fine. However anybody caught wearing such fake watch entering e.g. Italy may face a upwards of $10.000,- And believe me, they do check.

Throughout the process a was in touch with David Matthews / Watch Connection who kept brushing me off with assurances, eventually promising to send a replacement when I told him it was held back in customs (which of course would meet the same fate as other fakes - destruction).

Thankfully I had made payment arrangements with Klarna and they will of course not claim my payment, so no monetary loss on my behalf. Only time and a lot of frustration.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD!!!

The watch I ordered looked great in person and I feel good wearing it The communication was okay and I got updates along the way

Global-E(watch connections)This company is a criminal backed organisation. I purchased a watch from them over three months ago in October 2025 via Klarna it is now 20.01.2026. I have managed to pause the payments and I sent the counterfeit watch back by Royal Mail 24hr Signed for. They are now saying that I did not send it via there returns form.(They do not send a returns form in the package). The return address I was told to send the watch back to was:

Google that address and you will see that this company is an absolute racket. I am still chasing some of my money from watch connections and have recently been in touch with the UK ombudsman and will be contacting my local MP to have this site closed in the UK. Please do not purchase from this company save your money and heart ache.

For those looking for a reputable watch company online in the UK I would recommend JURA watches or Christopher ward.

This company has no moral compass whatsoever. You are better off going to Canal Street in NYC at least there you know and the vendors know what the product's authenticity is. I purchased a Gucci Men's watch on December 1, 2025, card was charged on the 2nd for 604.94. I received a non-working USPS tracking number (till this day days waiting to be picked up)waited about two weeks to contact customer service, which is a waste of time and brain cells, who says it's a 5 to seven business days before they actually process then it's sent to the next stage which is customs and so on. I waited kept getting the same generic emails from Anne Wright and David Matthews saying to be patient they are in contact with the seller and they have not reported the item lost or stolen. I received the watch January 9th, over a month from date of purchase, I live in NYC the tracking was originally awaiting pickup at JFK which is also in NYC, the return address was Texas at some mechanic shop. The watch comes and it has inferior plastic hoops for the band to be secured, no authenticity paperwork and the warranty is in every other language but English. This unscrupulous company refuses to admit they fell short of what the promised, then proceeds to say the style of watch doesn't come with paperwork, it is authenticated by a QR code, yes I had already tried it and you guessed it, nothing comes up. They offered 10 to 20 percent discount for the inconvenience and that's it, I reached out to the BBB and they lied to them as well and said my item was delivered and they didn't received and complaints from me. So please do not spend your money on this company who practice deception tactics and who uses the same name of an another company which is a legit brick and mortar business who are getting complaints because of this disgusting company, and their customer service is nonexistent!
As you see from their generic response they do not listen to their customer's complaints that's the same email that's completely Useless. They do not provide the technical support department information

I ordered a Tag Hauer Formula One watch for over £1000 in October 2025.

After I ordered and paid, after a few days I received a courier notification from China?. I was immediately suspicious and then I found all the negative online reviews, I then started to feel dread. I wish I had found them sooner.

When the watch arrived 3 weeks later , to be fair it looked ok, the colours were a little dark compared to the picture maybe but not too bad. I’m no expert so I then had it authenticated by an online authentication company in the USA (you send them a lot of photos) and guess what! it came back as counterfeit!.

I then forwarded their report to Watch-Connection's "support" email. To my lack of surprise they just replied with a copy and paste standard reply saying that they can assure me that all our watches are "genuine" and are "sourced" from official channels. This is despite me proving to them it was fake. They just don’t listen and then they offered me a 10% rising to a 20% refund to keep the watch. I obviously declined and said I will take it further.

I then put in a claim with PayPal and what followed was 10 weeks of delays and lies by Watch-Connection. PayPal gave me an address to send it back too in the UK under the brand Global-E. They were not known at the address so I sent it anyway by recorded FedEx at yet more expense to myself.

They then denied they had received the parcel for 6 weeks despite myself uploading a signed proof of delivery!

In the end PayPal thankfully refunded me so all ended ok . I was still £60 down for the Authentication and Fedex return but it was still a huge relief.

Paypal have since ended all ties with this company and I expect Klarna to follow suit shortly.

Please do not order and if you do, get the watch authenticated as they are selling fake watches at near full RRP.

Watch-Connection are not authorised sellers of any watch brand. Do not believe their lies. They need to be shut down and the owners arrested for fraud.

Their “customer service” is terrible and unprofessional, I do think it is just a family member replying to emails using copied and paste templates. You can see every review on here has the same reply when anyone calls them out for selling fake watches or bad service. I will probably get the same :)

I didn't have to do this review really as I got my money back, but I still need to warn other people.

fake fake fake. watch verified by jeweler as counterfeit. pursuing legal action through multiple agencies. don't do it, this is a counterfeit website.

Habe für meine Tochter eine Uhr gekauft wollte es ihr zum Geburtstag schenken. Erst sagten sie mir die Uhr ist nicht lagernd ich solle mir eine andere aussuchen was ich dann auch gemacht habe. Nach mehreren Wochen warten habe ich natürlich nichts erhalten. Habe den Kundendienst bestimmt schon 20x kontaktiert vergeblich! Immer wieder werde ich getröstet dass die Uhr lagernd ist und ich bald eine Trackingnummer erhalten werde. Kaufen Sie bitte nicht von dieser Seite ein!!
