I ordered a very beautiful watch GUCCI at a good price and i received a free gift Armani Exchange wow fantastic it took long to arrive but it was worth the wait i love them both

Ordered and paid for a watch. They issued a tracking number but after a month the item has never been handed over to USPS.

So, they basically try to trick you into believing the item has shipped when it has not.

I contacted the 5 times and each time they told me the watch was on the way via USPS but that has never happened.

Now they are not responding to my inquiries.

I would caution anyone from purchasing a watch from this company. You will regret it.

That should be minus one. I ordered a watch on Dec 5. My card was charged. I have sent 5 emails and and no replies. Of course, I never received the watch. They are a fraud and a scam!
Update: their response is to contact their support. I did that 5 times prior to writing this review. They will not respond!!!

Ordered a new special edition Seiko watch and received a fake counterfeit watch. Confirmed by Seiko as being counterfeit.
They refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I paid for my watch on the 9th of December and I am still waiting for it ~5 weeks later

I bought a Swarovski watch as a Christmas present, but the recipient didn't like it. I tried to get a return label. Returns are only possible for defective or damaged watches! A return label isn't being sent. It says "you will receive it shortly," but it never arrives. DON'T TRUST IT

The watch was faulty. The crown wouldn’t engage correctly. I asked for a refund which started a month long saga with the company offering me a discount which gradually increased from 5%,10%,15% and finally 20% before they finally agreed to accept the return. Once returned I then had to chase them up 4 times before receiving my refund. The watch was cheap and took ages to arrive so is obviously sourced from ‘overseas’ somewhere. Ironically the company emailed me to offer me a 5% discount if I left a review. Review left, will not be taking them up on a discounted purchase. The date of the experience below represents when I got my money back not the purchase date.

One star is too much! Terrible customer service and they trick you in saying they shipped your product and all they have done was created a shipping label so that they can provide you a tracking number....yet they lie to you on emails stating it is shipping and in transit, yet I speak to a relative at USPS and they guarantee me that it HAS NOT shipped, only label created. They scammed me out of $1300+ and over 30 days and I still do not have my merchandise. DO NOT PROCURE FROM watch-connection.com...you would be better fit burning your money. P.S. multiple emails to them requesting substance, and always an automated reply.

Scam, do not buy from these rip off merchants. 48% of there reviews are a 1 on Trust pilot. i ordered on 21st Nov 2025 and still no goods arrived. They will send you generated replies that they are looking into your order and that they take it seriously that you havent revieved your goods but its all LIES! The tracking number is all bullshit, it doesnt exist and then they will blame Customes DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I'm updating my previous 1 star review to a four star review. I am happy to say after some delay that the watch I ordered for my husband finally arrived. He absolutely loves it, and the quality is amazing, especially for the price. I appreciate Watch Connection for making it right by ensuring a new package was sent and even refunding part of my purchase.

This site is a total scam. They ship using counterfeit shipping labels and tell you that there is a delay in shipping. The USPS tracking says otherwise. They stated that the package was confiscated due to mail fraud. Did not receive my watch.

The only thing you can do is file a claim with your CC company or bank (if you foolishly used your ATM card), and hope you get your money back. They keep saying its on the way, 2.5 months ago, but no tracking, nothing. If you demand your money back, they will stop communicating with you. If I ever get it. I'll take it to an authorized TAG dealer to verify its authenticity.

I get the same response as all the other people that got scammed.. (of course).

1/11/2026--They tell you its has shipped, but cannot give you any PROOF of that. So how do they know it shipped? They're lying.

If you can show your CC company tht the watch is not authentic, you might get your money back from the CC company because the transaction is now considered fraud--a felony.

1-12-2026--You are not going to get your watch, and you are not going to get your money back. When they know you are on to them, they stop all communications.

1-13-2026: Nothing, no watch, no communication, just absolutely nothing. SCAM.

1-18-2026: CC company refunded the purchase price to my card. Thank god, don't have to deal with this SCAM company again...

I ordered a Tag Heuer watch on December 7 as a Christmas gift. After a full week with no shipping confirmation, I reached out because I needed it delivered before my travel. They replied saying they couldn’t guarantee delivery by December 22. Since the order hadn’t even shipped, I requested a cancellation.
Conveniently, right after I asked to cancel, they suddenly claimed the item had shipped—yet they never provided any tracking number or shipping details. Since then, every message I’ve sent has been ignored.
I’ve now opened a dispute with my credit card issuer.
Avoid this company at all costs.

edited: They will respond to all bad reviews like they just did on mine. Don't let that fool you. I have reached out to their support and have received no answers.

Scam company fake tracking numbers are provided packages never arrive.

J'ai commandé une montre le 30/11/2025.
Le 3/12/2025, j'ai reçu un message avec un numéro de transport en précisant que la montre devrait arriver en 15-20 jours.
Le 6/01/2026, la montre est toujours en transit sans possibilité d'avoir un suivi car le numéro de transport n'est pas visible sur le site de Canada Post.
J'ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande mais cela a été refusé car d'après eux la montre est toujours en transit...

My package was seized because of counterfeit postage. Responses from this company tell me that the package was never seized even though it clearly says it on the tracking info.
Ordered on November 27 as a Christmas present, here it is Jan 5th with no watch or tracking info to when I would receive my watches that I am sure will turn out to be counterfeit as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

EDIT: After your fake and phony response I want everyone to know that they know my package was seized on Dec. 26. They took the risk of using counterfeit postage. I have been in contact with you every step of this nightmare and you are doing absolutely NOTHING to justify this. I told you after using fake postage, I DO NOT TRUST YOU ANYMORE AND I DONT WANT WATCHES FROM YOU

These people are doing absolutely nothing to help me with this situation. They claim the package was never seized even though USPS told me and ant 2nd grade student can read it was seized on the tracking info. The issue is so serious, the USPS would not even let me pay for the postage.
All I wanted was what I paid for. Now because they are nothing but scammers, Now I am stuck with the problem of hiring a lawyer and he wants $1,500. Then I am entitled to sue for triple damages. Triple damages is only $2,100. So after the lawyer fees, I will loose $100. So after all the lies and headaches, I can hire a lawyer and sue them to loose $100 after all the aggrevation and headaches. The scammers still win.
PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

After sending them the email from USPS where they tell me the package was seized because of counterfeit postage, the package will not be delivered or sent back to the sender. The email goes on to say the package is now USPS property.
Even with that email, they claim the package is on its way to me and will be delivered. They are either saying this as a stall tactic (that is the reason for all the updates, to let them know that I will not forget about this) or they can't read English.
Once again, I apologize for all the updates, I just want to convey what you can expect if you buy from these scammers.
Just read their phony response to me saying you take these allegations seriously and you will do whatever it takes to help. Well you have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I will continue to expose you on every platform that I can

I got as far as them asking me if I wanted a "full refund" after they finally acknowledged my package was seized. I responded by say8ng I know this is a stall tactic because why would I want less than a full refund.
Then today. 3 different times I sent them a letter from USPS saying the package is seized, will not be delivered and is USPS property and now they tell me my package is on its way. They are never giving my money back, they are stalling and I am left with now having to pay a lawyer. I dont care how much it costs me, I will get my money back.

Avoid scam company. Tracking number wasn't correct,watch never arrived. 20 emails between us. One of them said watch was delivered on 18th November,I only ordered it on the 22nd!! Check out their UK warehouse its a house in Bristol!! Don't engage with this lot.

Terrible company, deceives customers and then ignores all requests. To my great regret, I have already introduced myself by this name, but the ignoring continues.
