Great watch looks very smart. Purchased it for my son for Christmas. Was a little concerned ordering it on line but no issues. Arrived in time for Christmas. Was kept updated on delivery. My son absolutely loves it.

Ordered a watch on 20th nov the watch still hasn't arrived , ive asked for a refund and had no recent reply only to say that the watch will arrive soon ,this is completely unacceptable, think ive been scammed, update ! watch did arrive eventually .

The watch was ordered and paid for Nov.19 and today is Dec.31 the watch has not been delivered.

My husband ordered a watch for me for Christmas on 12/5. He got a receipt with a tracking number that wasn't legit. No response on contact. Three days after Christmas, he got this email from the USPS:

Your package has a delivery exception. The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse.

Avoid this company!!!

This website is a total scam.
I ordered a watch on 19/11 and never received it. The order status stayed on “shipping pending” for weeks. Customer service only sends copy-paste replies claiming the item is “in transit” and stuck in customs.

After 30+ days, there was still no tracking number. The moment I threatened to report the website, they suddenly sent a tracking number, but it only says “tracking information received” and has never moved.

After reading reviews, it’s obvious what’s happening.
Every negative review is quickly followed by a fake positive one, often on the same day or the next day. Many buyers report receiving empty boxes or nothing at all.

Avoid this website. Do not trust the sale.

Took my new tag watch I bought my wife for a Christmas present to tag to only find out it is a fake, ordered goods in November and have had emails back and forth about delivery not turning up, watch finally turned up Christmas Eve and now I found out it is a fake will be sending goods back as I want my money back

Order placed, money paid. Eventually received a tracking number so was happy. Watches turned up in a parcel, but when I opened it the two Tag Heuer boxes were empty! The email response was not satisfactory, saying that I had to submit a claim myself to Royal Mail. This situation is still running, I have basically bought 2 empty boxes!

A complete scam! Ordered a watch in november for Christmas and keep chasing for an update. You will see in all reviews that watch-connection.com replies and asks to contact them on their support email address. I sent them 5 emails with no answer. I will not let go till I have a full refund and will seek legal advice. Plse all avoid to buy anything from them or if you have already, plse do the same as me as such company shouldnt continue to act such way. It needs to stop.

Ordered a watch in October as a Christmas present, still no delivery. Stated they had sent a replacement and issued a 10% refund this was a lie too. Now they are ignoring my emails completely and refused to issue a refund. Do not use

DO NOT ORDER!!! It's a scam Someone named Anna Wright keeps replying to emails but it's always copy pasted and never answers the question. I've been waiting for 2 months for the watch still nothing. Save your money.

I purchased a Seiko Prospex US Special Edition King Turtle Automatic Brown Dial Silver Steel Strap Watch for Men (item ref. SRPH55) on 26 October 2025.

On receiving the watch I became suspicious as the applied 12 hour marker was configured incorrectly, and the 'teeth' on the bezel were completely different to the stock images on the website.

On inspection by an authorised Seiko dealership my suspicion that this was a counterfeit product was 100% confirmed.

I have since returned the counterfeit item to an address in Islington, north London for a refund which is outstanding as of 10 days from the return date, however I remain hopeful this will be honoured to avoid escalation.

By way of conclusion this company are unquestionably supplying counterfeit products, further supported by a disproportionately large number of customer testimonials reporting similar experiences and reinforced by assessment by a genuine Seiko dealer.

Strongly suggest you avoid purchasing from Watch Connection to avoid a similarly negative customer experience.

Update -watch has arrived and yes took over a month - but lovely watch and registered straight away on tag site as authentic- I ordered a tag watch on 27th Nov - have a tracking number but just says waiting for an update - whenever I contact the company get a reply about 2 days later that always says it’s in international transit - beginning to think I have been scammed

I purchased a watch for a Christmas gift a month ago based on a delivery date a minimum of two weeks before Christmas. Then the tracking pushed it day by day eventually showing December 18th. Then, at the end of the day on 18th it suddenly shows December 30th. The customer service response to my distressed email was a form letter and no one answers the phone. I could have purchased the watch from a brick and mortar store and now I'll have to. Brutal.

My honest review regarding my experience with Watch connection.

1. The website is using authentic watch photos (using probably the available photos from the real brands sites)
2. Unfortunately, it seems that their watches are counterfeit, good replicas, I would say an AA grade, probably. They are not Turkish/ Chinese fake watches. I do believe they are produced in Pakistan (a good marketplace for fake watches). This is one of the reasons for delays ( plus importing/ exporting fake items, which I know for sure it is illegal)
3. Most of their watches are from previous collections or discontinued watches. It is difficult to believe that they are all available on the Watch connection online shop.
4. I do believe that due to numerous complaints, Klarna is probably going to reconsider the collaboration with them, especially because we are talking about illegal activities (importing, exporting, selling fake products). It seems that PayPal did it already.
5. They are not accepting returns for any reason.
6. They are not willing to refund you for any reason.
7. Please check their site. They are falsely advertising Watch Connection as Excellent on Trust Pilot.

My specific case. Mom bought 2 years ago a Just Cavalli green snake watch on Just Cavalli website which I love. In November 2025, I found this watch on Watch Connection online shop and I decided to purchase it as a Christmas gift for myself.

I purchased the watch on 20th of November and I received it in time for Christmas. I confirm that I received the watch on the 15th of December here in the UK. Unfortunately, I realized straight away it is not the real watch.

I checked and Cavalli never ever had a similar watch in their collections. I raised this issue and Watch Connection stated the below:

16th of December: Please note that slight differences in appearance can occur due to factors such as camera angles, lighting, and screen displays. To help reassure you, we are happy to offer a 5% refund while you keep the watch.

17th of December: We want to reassure you that the watch you received is an original item. To provide some extra peace of mind, we are willing to offer a 10% refund while you keep the watch. This is the maximum adjustment we can offer.
We hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any further questions.

19th of December: Please send the watch back to us and once we receive it, we will refund you the full cost, including the return shipping.

27th of December: Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a return label on our side.

I confirmed that I'm not looking for a discount and I would like to return the watch and to be fully refunded. I asked for a prepaid return label (which they never provided) regarding the fact that they have not send me the watch advertised on their site, it is not my responsibility to cover the return expenses. I don't think a serious company is not able to generate return labels. I doubt that they will sort out this issue, however I trust Klarna will sort out this issue regarding the fact that I'm a serious customer who has been scammed by an on-line shop.

If something feels too good to be true, it usually is. I ordered a TAG Formula 1 watch for a fraction of the retail price. On arrival, I could tell that the box was of inferior quality. I took the watch to the official TAG dealer who sent this to the service centre and they confirmed that the watch was a counterfeit. DO NOT TRUST WATCH CONNECTION!! you've been warned...having returned the item which they have confirmed receipt of, they are yet to provide the full refund as expected. Thankfully I processed this through PayPal so will be contacting them and starting a fraudulent activity claim. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They sell counterfeit products of very poor quality. The stock is 100% fake. Beware and do not be misled by prices that appear slightly lower than the market.

I have not received an order from over 8 weeks ago. I have emailed twice to receive no reply or acknowledgement, and the tracking number does not work. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer, the price was decent for the watch. Shipping was relatively quick, and the watch was just placed in the mailbox, no signature required, should have been the second red flag. Once opened I registered it on the Tag Heuer site. Thats when I found out that these fakes were also shipped with fake papers that would allow one to register it. More research confirmed it was a fake and then took it to a dealer for final confirmation who almost confiscated it due to being a fake. Do not do business with these people as they sell nothing but fakes.

Just bought a watch from watch-connection , when it arrived i went to set time , and one of the hands fell off . I emailed they asked for photos and vids , which i sent , they said replacement was on its way , it never arrived . As it had 2 year warranty i contacted Tissot , only to be told the serial number related to a watch sold in Turkey in 2023 . They did a free authenticity check , which sadly revealed it was a fake . When i dug deeper , the trustpilot reviews on their website is also fake . Please avoid , it could be very costly .
