Atrocious Return & Refund Response
I received two Swarovski watches out of four that were bought, that had scratched leather belts. It’s been an ordeal trying to communicate with the company to return and get the refund. I sent in multiple images of the watches but that wasn’t enough, they kept requesting multiple videos and insisting they couldn’t access the videos. Finally after insisting on speaking with the manager, they gave options to handle the damaged goods. The watches have now been UPS to their designated address in the US and after sending the UPS tracking number, they insisted they haven’t got the tracking number when it was emailed to them the very day I sent out. This repetitive behavior of denial and delay reminds me of insurance companies handling claims. First it took a month for the watches to arrive from Canada .. suspect… and then the watches were sub standard and now I have been wrangling this return issue with them since October 22. Unreal!!
Not coming back ever.

BEWARE Counterfeit Product Received
I will start by saying if the price is too good to be true, it should absolutely be the biggest red flag. I'm familiar with a number of grey market sellers and saw a deal pop up for a Seiko SPB475 that was severely under retail price. I inquired with their customer support about the sourcing of their product and the response said everything in their power to get the sale. I wanted to trust them so I tried it. I received my product today within their shipping timings but I have to admit it's rather odd as this particular Seiko model was a US exclusive product, but upon closer examination the watch proportions are off from the measurements listed on the official seiko site, the indices and details are all slightly off. These are serial numbered to /500 which is on this case, however upon visiting an AD with the model in stock the font is off. And last but not least the GMT hand is the wrong color. Seiko authentic product has an orange GMT hand, this does not. I received a clear counterfeit to someone who knows what to look for. I have asked for a refund but something tells me I will have to fight for this.

Recently purchase a Seiko Dive watch from this site, purchasing the watch was easy and seemed legit.
Watch order and tracking was issued a few days later.
Checked on their website and also tracking app and nothing for close to 20 days, even emailed them and response was given a few days later ( its on its way ) despite no activity on the shipping app.
a get a text message advising it will be delivered soon by local carrier.
In all this business is legit but there service could be a lot better.

I’ve been waiting weeks for a watch
I’ve been waiting weeks for a watch. They promised me I’d have in 10 days they keep sending me conflicting lies in their emails telling me I’ll have it in three days and then telling me it hasn’t even left the country of origin. Their customer response responses are not even real. These guys are crooks and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am telling you stay away from them. They just stole all of my money.

I was sold an opened watch that was sold as brand new and got ghosted
The watch did not arrive with immediately obvious damage and although it did have the crown guard in place, I believe it is used because:
-It is missing its certificate of authentication
-It is missing the film that covers the bezel and crystal
-There is a scratch of sorts on the crystal bezel
-It was not in a properly sealed box
I contacted watch-connection to get a replacement and they initially responded, saying they would help. After following up with them in coming days and weeks, they completely stopped replying despite many attempts to reach them.
Take your money elsewhere or at least be ready to do a chargeback if you are dealing with this company.

So here is my honest, no bs assessment of this company.
1. There is a chance they are selling replicas (very high quality replicas) or they have refurbished used watches to look like new. They are offering “brand new” watches that have been discontinued years ago and they are constantly getting new stock. Red flag 🚩
2. PayPal stopped allowing payments on their website, due to large volumes of customer disputes. Red flag 🚩
3. Their shipping is extremely slow, and you might receive multiple tracking numbers while not receiving your watch. Red Flag 🚩
4. Their “customer service” is basically the owner or related family member posing as a customer service rep. They give conflicting replies full of inconsistencies. Red Flag 🚩
5. When they charge your credit card, the charge originates from Pakistan. Pakistan has a huge market for replicas. Hard to imagine there are hundreds of new luxury watches originating from there. Red flag 🚩
6. They will not accept any returns for whatever reasons. Red flag 🚩
WITH THAT SAID,
1. There is a chance their shipping issues could be due to them trying to circumvent Trump tariffs. Fair enough
2. The watches I received are also very high quality (replicas or not). I have brought the watches to three different AD’s to verify their anuthenticity and none of them have told me it’s a fake. But really, only the watch manufacturer can 100% verify something like that.
3. When the AD checked the serial number of the watches, it showed that they were originally registered at an AD in a middle eastern country. Which is fine, assuming the serial numbers have not been cloned in the first place.
4. So my take is simple. If you want peace of mind and reliable service, stick with AD’s or more common grey market sellers like Watchmaxx or Jomashop.

The watch I bought is 100% fake
The watch I bought is 100% fake. I own the original and the fake is a clumsy remake. Wrong shape, to large for the ladies watch, strap is a man’s, crown is twice the size and the housing thickness is way off. Also the logo is too large and the packaging while looking legit is overly branded with extra manual that the original didn’t come with. Do not fall for them.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. The website does not provide detail of which currency they are charging in, so be careful if ordering from overseas.
I ordered as according to the website the watch would arrive on time for birthday gift. After receiving an email stating I could track my parcel a week after ordering, I could not track it as the company refused to provide tracking and only did so after I threatened to start a charge back claim with my bank. When they did provide the details I received an error message that it can’t be tracked, and orders that have not been shipped cannot be tracked.
We keep getting told don’t worry they are tracking, but we are no closer to receiving the watch, and have had to spend more money to purchase another gift, making this one (an expensive) redundant gift.

Buyer beware!
I could go into a lot of detail but I’m going to skip all that and just say that we ordered a watch on May 4th, and after a lot of back & forth with them thru email and giving them additional time over & over again I never received the watch so on July 1st I filed a PayPal dispute & won. Our money was refunded yesterday and according to PayPal they will no longer be able to offer PayPal as a payment option.
If you are considering buying a watch from them I would recommend reading ALL of the reviews here on trustpilot. I wish I had done that before I wasted 2 months waiting on a gift that never arrived.
We ordered the same watch from another company on the 6th and it was delivered on the 9th!
I will end this by saying that I absolutely hate having to leave a review like this. All we wanted was what we paid for, but after reading ALL the reviews on this site I think we may have been lucky. There are a lot of people who claim the watches they received were NOT authentic!

Do NOT buy from this company! I purchased a watch on June 5, 2025. According to the website they stated that I would receive it by June 19. It is now July 6 and still no watch! I’ve written them several times and they keep sending me bogus tracking numbers that all keep saying they’re at the shippers warehouse but watch connection is saying they shipped it already. I’m out of $700! I plan on pursuing charges on these ppl! They picked the wrong one this time! And I also feel the “positive” reviews are all FAKE! Just like them! I was nervous about not hearing about my purchase and a delay in the tracking information. I contacted customer service who assured me my puchase had been sent and to wait a little longer as it was an international order. To my relief the watch did come in the alloted time, so was very happy in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. My watch came about 2.5 weeks after I bought it and when it came I did not like it and sent them an email to return it. But alas, they sent me an email that
"However, please note that according to our return policy, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. Unfortunately, returns due to change of mind or if the watch simply doesn’t suit your wrist are not accepted."
So...not returns, no exchanges from an online seller of watches, not even when the merchandise is brand new unused condition.
I still tried though. Sent them a follow up email on 05/26/25 "I have sensitivity to watches that are too heavy and/or don’t sit right on my wrist and I cannot wear this watch at all. The watch is unused and brand new and I need to return it."
(Had I been given the opportunity to try it on I would have known right away that they watch was unwearable for me.)
They still refused to return it. I am now stuck with a watch that I am unable to wear.
Final Update - 05.29.2025
After WC messaged me here I again emailed them that
"It is completely unheard of that a seller of high end products would not allow you to return a brand new product within 30 days, especially if you are unable to wear it.
I will not accept a partial payment or a “resell option” (whatever that means). I simply want to give you back your new and unused product and get my money back….something jomashop, Feldmar, watch warehouse, watchmaxx and every other one of your online competitors allows me to do had I bought from them (and I wish I had).
Take your watch back and refund my money."
They emailed me back, and in 3 long and warmly written paragraphs...said NO.
Please, even if the price is lower than other vendors, unless you are positive that the watch you are purchasing looks and feels good, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this vendor.
