These boilers are absolutely shocking, I had started fitting vision plus and evolves, almost every boiler had faults within the 1st 12-18ths some numerous faults. 3 were faulty out the box. Customer service absolutely abysmal in some cases taking up front payment not trusting the boiler was at fault under a warranty condition, then were slow to return the payments once confirmed by they're engineers. I've lost at least 6 long term Customers as a direct result of fitting Vokera boilers. Absolute disgrace on reliability. Do not go near these
Bought boiler with intention it had 5yr warranty. Now in 4th year the boiler water pressure became faulty. Vokera engineer came out and made my boiler worse. It started dripping water after he'd left. Ignored my texts. Customer service person useless. Would not listen to reason. A very unprofessional company. I would advice NOT to buy Vokera products as the after sales service is run by cow boys. I have seniors and young people living at my house and the heating doesn't work as normal anymore. Left with damaged boiler. Engineer cop out blamed it on radiators. Appalling level of support. Fobbed off by them saying they will charge £245 for a visit and then concluding that it would not be the boiler at fault! I have never experienced such poor service from any company thus far. This is my first time. My advice is to AVOID VOKERA at all costs if you want decent after sales support regardless of time limit. Absolutely useless when you need them. Did not show any care or consideration towards elders or young people living in the house. As far as they were concerned the people could freeze! Risk buying Vokera products at your own peril! Very disappointed as had been paying for annual boiler service each year on time as forms part of the T&Cs. Log book.upto date. Pointless if this was the final outcome. No help from Vokera when most in need. I hope Vokera get their comeuppance soon! Feel defrauded.

You received a call from D&G on Monday 17th February regarding my mothers boiler that had stopped working. Which means she has no hot water or heating, my mother is 84 years old and leave alone. You informed us that an engineer couldn't come until 20th (we are waiting for them to arrive).
At no point have you offered any alternative solutions to keep her warm, or try and get the engineer there sooner.
Rang the company up with my details and they were very helpful.. sorted all the paperwork out and sent the confirmation email. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks

Our boiler is under warranty. I have had no heating or hot water for 4 days . Their engineer arranged to come out this morning . He has just cancelled. I have severe arthritis in my spine , exacerbated by cold but they don’t care ,they give no priority to vulnerable people. Will never buy another Vokera product . Can’t wait u til this boiler is out of warranty . Dreadful service .
Installer good knowledge of the product neat and tidy minimum disruption arrived on time passed on all the relivent information on the boiler set up also a contact no if we experienced any problems all in all a good experience

The customer service team were excellent in sorting out the issue with our boiler. The repair engineer who they sent,John,was brilliant too. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and explained to us what the issue was. I would definitely recommend a Vokera boiler to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced and economical boiler.

Nothing went wrong. It was very well insured, but you only get what you pay for. There is no thermostat on this boiler, which is a bit of a disadvantage. It is a lot cheaper than the more well known in the market but that's life.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Required a part for my Vokera boiler and have waited over a week where temperatures have been minus 5. My husband and I are elderly and I have a health condition, very poor aftercare service.
No heating or hot water now for over 7 days! Phoned today and waited 35 minutes to speak with someone and still no sign of the part being delivered!
Made a complaint and still waiting on them getting in touch - this doesnt help get my boiler repaired!
Update! - now found out the part is coming from Italy and they do not hold this part in the UK! Again avoid this company at all costs
Please avoid Vokera at all costs. The 5 year warranty sounds great, but vokera, pull every trick in the book to try to avoid repairing under warranty. They attended site to look at a leaking boiler, and were then due to come back with the replacement parts needed, but later refused as the tenant did not have copies of the service paperwork. All paperwork was then sent to vokera and they agreed to come back. When they returned, rather than mend the boiler they instead took a water sample, which would then be sent off for testing ad they wouldn't do the repair until the results were back. The results would take a week to come back and they would not repair the boiler until it's back. It's 10 days since they first looked at the boiler and we are still waiting for them to mend the boiler. The boiler was installed as per their guidelines, the system was flushed when it was installed, it has a filter fitted and has been serviced
annually and they're still trying to come up with excuses.
PLEASE AVOID Vokera, the products seem ok, but the warranty is a joke.

I'm a fitter and been fitting these for years never had a issue, I've even put one in my own house and it works flawless, the only thing you need to do is clean condense trap on each check yearly as there very small so block easy but that's my only very small issue to be finicky, it takes 5 min to remove, clean refit jobs a gooden
