Testimonials were great on this boiler. The five year warranty was also an incentive and the price was great.

Engineer came out on the 6th of June.
Whilst the combi Boiler was under warranty charge me for a call out charge,
Then wrote in his report, there was no service record at the property, also the boiler requires a full power flush out. With the estimated cost of £500 - £600
Normally a combi boiler requires a flush out approx every 5 years, this boiler was installed less than 18 months ago, and the engineer who installed the combi Boiler disagrees, with vokera engineer , he has stated the system was flushed when it was installed so therefore it does not require a flush. However the engineer from Vokera stated it requires a clean from the inside price quoted £300. Moreover once the work is completed. I need to scan and attach all receipt over to customer services, only then will the
engineer come out even though it is under warranty, absolutely shocked
Worst thing is a new boiler cost around
£550 from Vokera.

So far I like the boiler it does what it is supposed to do and the engineer who put it I said that the set up was easy. I have only had it a few days though so would like a bit longer before giving my assessment.

I was replacing my old boiler which had been a Vokera and lasted 15years with a bit of maintenance so chose another Voker on that basis and price.

5 repairs in 5 years, from my new vokera boiler my old boiler was 16 years old and only had 1 part replaced only replaced it as no more part available, it was called baxi, vokera tell me my 5 year old boiler is discontinued
well it’s working ok now just hope it lasts. some peaple may have very little problem,
it’s just the luck, new boilers are more sofisticated and more computer controlled

We have had a vokera boiler for many years and have it serviced regularly. We are a LPG user and the company know this as we mention it when booking and they installed the boiler. Due to my husbands hospital shifts and Vokera's wait time it was 4 weeks from call to booking. We called the morning of the appointment to check that we were still on the rota and were told yes. After the engineer did not turn up we waited an hour and called We were told that the engineer was not turning up today as he was not LPG qualified! We asked to speak to the supervisor and were told that was not possible. We asked for the name of the managing director and were told that the customer service operative did not know the name of the managing director! We rebooked the appointment and the very next morning we had to reset the boiler and now it is not working at all. We were never offered compensation for the missed appointment or an apology for not calling to inform us the engineer was not coming. Appalling
UPDATE We called another company and the gas pressure not correct for LPG! The boiler is now working beautifully

We are now on day 14 (in November) of no heat or hot water in our home. A replacement part took 8 days to arrive and as yet there is no available engineer to fit it. We are freezing! There is now condensation running down the walls and black mould has appeared on the bathroom ceiling and floor. Daily phone calls are met with ‘we will be there as soon as possible’. We are desperate.

One star, but only because there were no zero star options.
I am a gas engineer and was looking to fault find on a Easi Heat 29c. The installation manual guide did not cover the fault code, given via the 3 lights on the front.
The lights were solid yellow and solid red.
So using my grey matter I called the technical help line. I was on hold for 17mins and then the line went dead, I called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 2 mins before the line going dead..
So I tried later at 1600 on the way to the job. I was expecting to be disconnected at 1700, but no, great news the one person answering the phone was soldiering onward, and even better, I got to number one in the queue...where I stayed for 40 mins. Either the chap was telling someone step by step how to install a boiler or they had all shut up shop and relocated to the pub to laugh at the idiots still on hold.
Not very impressive, not sure that I should have expected any better from Vokera really. When you can buy a boiler for £500....then it really is disposable.

They have tried to contact me? Maybe the pigeon got lost, I have had no contact from them.
Best advice is to work on your side step for when someone offers a Vokera boiler.

It works efficiently, quicky and quietly. We have had no issues so far. There is a time missing however as we have to switch it off and on manually each time which is a bit of a pain.

I was recommend this boiler by a friend to replace a 12 year old one. It seemed to good to be true the price the reviews. But with winter coming I got it installed. The boiler is amazing the engineer also Installed EPH thermostat allowing me to carry it to any room in the house and turn the heating on. The boiler heats so fast and you are able to set the water an heating temperature by two simple controls on the front of the boiler. I cannot recommend this Vokera boiler highly enough. You will not regret installing one.
