Vokera Ltd have been servicing and repairing my boiler for several years now and although there have been times when appointments had to be rearranged, overall the quality of the work carried out by the engineer Steve has been top notch and as a result we haven't had any major issues with our 15yr old boiler to date.

As a member of D&G Boiler Care Insurance for many years who are agents are Vokera.co.uk I have had terrific service.
Recently I had a complete failure of my central heating system and they sent an engineer named Colin McAleney to sort it out. Kevin has been servicing my system annually for years. This time he found major faults in the system and replaced several key control panels and sorted it out quickly.

Just a good boiler

Steve Langstaff came to do the annual service on our boiler. As usual he was on time, very efficient, friendly and able to answer any queries we had. Could not really wish for better service.

I have installed and serviced Vokera boilers for many years. Both product and quality are first class, and customer service backup is superb.

Steven Langstaff is a specialist repairer for Vokera boilers. He knows the products extremely well and for many years has serviced and repaired my (now) 19 year old Vokera boiler, which is still going strong!

Andrew came out to do our boiler service today! Lovely guy friendly and polite. Called half an hour before arrival and was on time. He’s been a few times to the house he did boiler service last year as well and fixed our radiator.

The boiler engineer (Irfan) did my annual boiler service and also did the annual service last year. He called me a couple of days beforehand to let me know he would be coming today and messaged me this morning with an ETA. He talked me though the issues and the work he had done. He was also very neat and tidy with his work.

My boiler was broken and so I did not have hot water or heating at all.

I was lucky that Colin McAleney came over from Vokèra and was able to sort it all out within 20 mins.

I would highly recommend Colin for getting a job done to the highest standards.

The Engineer Colin McAleney was very professional, well mannered and answered any questions we had. He spent alot of time checking every part of our boiler until he found the problem. (We had another so called engineer out when the boiler started leaking the day before, he spent 5 mins and charged us £140 for taking out a fuse. Told us the boiler cannot be fixed, we have to buy a new one, he could give us great price.. so avoid these cowboys

We had already booked for a Repair the following day so said we will get a second opinion from Vokera engineer. Im so glad we did he was amazing.
We are very grateful that Colin could fix the problem, his skill and experience was exceptional.

Andrew came today after we had an issue with our boiler, he rang beforehand to let us know what time he'd arrive,He sorted the issue out and was really nice and friendly, great guy..

Just had Lee B. here for annual service of boiler. Great communication to let me know when he was coming. Arrived right on time. Very friendly visit. Excellent experience.

This began with a frustrating attempt to book an engineer visit - with payment attempts from multiple cards over a full hour and two calls to the same operative failing to successfully pay the exorbitant out-of-warranty call-out charge. I would have scored this experience pretty badly had it not been for my third call getting through to a far more helpful operative - who spotted the problem with incorrectly entered details from the first operative and moved my engineer visit forward a day. For his good customer service alone I have bumped this up to a better score.

Excellent Annual Service visit. On time and efficient work. Engineer Lee.B helpful and provided advice on best boiler settings etc between service intervals.
