John is the best heating engineer I’ve ever had. He’s been servicing the gas boiler for over ten years. He is always on time. A brilliant engineer and amazing at his job. He’s very professional and simply a lovely person.

John Baldwin - excellent engineer!
The engineer, John Baldwin was extremely polite and very respectful of my property. He called ahead of arrival and was on time. He made time to answer my questions and was extremely understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, one of the nicest and most pleasant chaps I have encountered in a long time. Great job - thank you John Baldwin.

I have had a great experience from…
I have had a great experience from start to fix! Logged my issue on a Saturday of a Bank Holiday. Had a reply first thing on the Tuesday and an engineer arrived at 8.30 on the Thursday. Very fast and very easy to book the fault in. John Alford was the guy that came to fix the boiler. He was friendly, professional and explained the issue and why it had occurred. All back up and running correctly by 9.30am.

Excellent and efficient service
Excellent and efficient service from phone call reporting the problem with my boiler, to the engineer Andrew who came to repair the boiler. Andrew was friendly and chatty and fixed the boiler in no time excellent service. This was all done in 2 hours from reporting the issue to the customer service advisor who was excellent however I didn't get his name to Andrew repairing it. Could not have asked for better service 👍
