Mountain chalet for extended family with 3 generations
When I sent in the parameters of what sort of chalet we looking for, Julia responded quickly with many options. As I narrowed down my choices she was very helpful in explaining more about the different villages and locations and what we might expect in each area. She made the selection process easy on us.

Villanovo provided excellent support throughout our stay. They ensured seamless communication, from initial booking to our arrival. The villa was beautifully maintained, and every detail was as described on the website. We were delighted by the welcome basket and the helpful local recommendations they provided. The concierge service was responsive and arranged activities that perfectly matched our preferences. Villanovo's attention to detail truly elevated our vacation, and we felt completely cared for.

Disappointed with our apartment for the price
The photographs of the apartment and the description gave a false impression of 5 star accommodation. The apartment is relatively modern but furnished to a minimum standard. It has all the modern amenities but no frills or nice finishing touches.
Having said that the local team are very keen to please and bend over backwards to help and assist.
Don’t expect poolside drinks/service or even toilets in the pool area. The location is stunning, however. We thought overall cost to be expensive for what we got.

Villa magnifique conseillée par Villanovo. Tout était comme annoncé. Pas de mauvaise surprise sur la villa en elle-même et proposition d'activités de qualité. Le service client a été réactif sur mes interrogations de dernier moment. On a passé un super séjour en famille.
