Friendly, professional assessor, gave brief but comprehensive advice on what the assessment entailed.
Report available online on the same day as the assessment.
Minor amendment regarding smart meter made to the report quickly when requested, after additional info sent by homeowner.
(The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the assessor did not ask for evidence of the smart meter being active during the assessment visit. However, that's probably usual practice as homeowners might often not be available during assessments).

Manjinder Kooner was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient from the outset as we needed to review our housing portfolio. There was no heavy sales pressure from him and you got the feeling that he genuinely wanted to help in improving our EPC ratings. Would would definitely continue to use the company who seem trustworthy and reliable.

Excellent service from start to finish . I received a phone call 30 mins before arrival which was very helpful.The process was thoroughly conducted with great attention to detail. Representative arrived at the time arranged and gave us a pre-arrival message too. Professional manner and helpful replies to our questions.

Appointment made same week as application. Oliver was very punctual and professional. Explained what he had to do and conducted the visit quickly and explained everything. This was a free epc plus survey through the Skipton Building Society.

The guy who did the assessment was kind, considerate and explained everything so well.

The firm's service was professional and excellent, from arranging the appointment to issuing EPC certificate quickly and providing insightful information and offering the follow up call. I spoke with Mani and found him to be knowledgeable and professional and provided helpful advice and information. Highly recommend them and will use them in future again!

NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ME AND INSPECTOR. NO INFORMATION GIVEN AT INSPECTION. I HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS CHECKING THE WEB SITE BECAUSE OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS, AGE AND NOT GOOD AT USING THE INTERNET. A FRIEND HELPED ME, THEY ALSO WERE POOR VIEWING THE INTERNET. ONE THING I DID NOTICE WAS MY HOUSE WAS DOWN TO POOR FOR DOUBLE GLAZING. ALL ARE WORKING AND NONE OF THE SEALS HAVE GONE. It would have been best to be advised of any problem with my house or anything I could do to increase the number of the inspection.It would have been better for me being advised or suggested at the inspection. Also taking account of my age (80)

They actually showed up this time. Still have no idea what they came for. Gentlemen was very pleasant

2 missed appointment time slots / cancellations by company. On third attempt turned up, no real introduction, no explanation, no questions, walked around house without saying a thing. Left. No EPC at this time. As a company unreliable, the service is unprofessional, I would try someone else if you need Energy services / advice.

The company replied promptly to my enquiries and responded in a professional manner.

Useless I had hardly started working with them when they sent me an appointment booker on whatsapp and I couldnt use it. i then booked an appointment via the website and saw that it was a window of 4hrs 30!! So I got onto the website chat and eventually got hold of Emma who was useless. She said that they dont make appointments with smaller slots - how on earth is a busy person meant to manage this long time slot. Rubbish service - and I haven't even had the "pleasure" of them coming round to do the EPC yet...I dont hold out much hope frankly. Their "shop window" is not user friendly so I dont expect much from the follow on service.
