Cannot for love or money get in touch with these people tried everything.Im trying to cancel an appointment as im not selling my house anymore so I guess I’ll have no choice as to let u waste ur time on visiting my home! Bad service!

After having a booking changed, we were at home but whilst having a door bell that worked at 5.30 pm, we had to spend another afternoon, also the porch door was unlocked and TV on where we were. The engineer was extremely pleasant and informative and handled his role professionally. Thank you for the assurance.

Efficient and knowledgeable.
I received my EPC assessment for my home free as a member of Skipton Building Society which was a lovely bonus. The assessor was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. She did her assessment quickly and explained what was going on. The EPC certificate was in online to view within 24 hours. Very impressed with the service and would recommend.
