Questions over EPC rating
A very polite, professional gentleman (Manjinder) answered all of my questions I had regarding areas of my EPC I was unhappy with. The call was on time and any areas which could not be answered immediately was resolved with a prompt phone call back.He worked with me to show me how I could improve my EPC rating.

The surveyor turned up on time and completed the survey. But the report came through on an email with a link to the report that didn't work. I tried replying but it was a no reply email. So I still haven't received the report 9 days on.

I wasn't happy with my EPC when I first…
I wasn't happy with my EPC when I first got it. So I complained - that resulted in Charlotte taking her time to talk me through my EPC explaining everything in detail without the usual tech speak to avoid anything. I am now happy with my EPC understand the ratings and how I can improve the rating without paying thousands. The time she spent to explain it to me was worth the cost of the EPC

Friendly, professional assessor, gave brief but comprehensive advice on what the assessment entailed.
Report available online on the same day as the assessment.
Minor amendment regarding smart meter made to the report quickly when requested, after additional info sent by homeowner.
(The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the assessor did not ask for evidence of the smart meter being active during the assessment visit. However, that's probably usual practice as homeowners might often not be available during assessments).

Manjinder Kooner was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient from the outset as we needed to review our housing portfolio. There was no heavy sales pressure from him and you got the feeling that he genuinely wanted to help in improving our EPC ratings.
