Rubbish Company.

I bought a double mattress from this company in April 2020 and at first I was very pleased with it.
In May 2021 the mattress became faulty with a very big dip in the middle as though the springs had gone and was very uncomfortable.
I messaged vesgantti as their terms and conditions say 10 year guarantee and will fix or replace it, but when I messaged them they said you have had it over 1 year and offered me 35 percent refund as we had it for for just over 1 year.
I preached their guarantee and they said they would not fix or replace it and offered me 65 percent then 80 percent over 2 weeks of 46 emails as they must be based in another country with a time difference.
Eventually I gave in to the 80 percent refund and told them what I thought of them.
You get more sense talking to a brick wall.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought 1 King size mattress that arrived in in few days. Recently bought 1 single bed mattress and it got lost on the way. Seller has responded after few days that they will chase it and get back to me but no reply since then after few reminder emails. Contacted DPD and they says we have lost it but couldn't track how it got lost. Seller has no direct phone and only corresponding is via email. Mattress quality is great but giving 1 star for the Seller.
Update...seller has responded and resolved the issue. They send me a replacement. Mattress. The mattress quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable.

After reading countless reviews on matresses online, I decided on purchasing a Vesgantti King size hybrid box top as the price was unbeatable for what is on offer. I must say i am more than pleasantly surprised with the quality & sevice. Matress came within 4 days and is super comfortable, not too hard not too soft and gives good support. Very happy customer here 😁

Delivery was much quicker than advertised, only 4 days.
It was well packaged, so relatively easy to get up four narrow and winding flights of stairs on my own.
It's vacuum-packed, but it comes with a safety cutter so you don't damage your new mattress.
There was no off-gassing smell, and it plumped up quickly.
I got the Pro Hybrid, which was as firm as promised, but with enough yield to be comfortable.
I've been using it for about a month now, and I'm very happy with it.
Based on my own experience, I'd recommend the company and the product.

After I ordered my mattress I had shipping updates and apparently my mattress was delivered at about 11am. The email said the parcel was left on my door step. When I returned home from work around 5:30pm it was not there! I’m not surprised! I have contacted about getting my money back so I can buy elsewhere and I’ve just been ignored. Not only do I not have a mattress, I do not have the money to buy another one!!

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% certain you will be absolutely happy with the product. Their "100 night" policy is an absolute joke. I was dubbed "unreasonable" by their Customer Service team for wanting to return the mattress I bought because it was not offering enough support for my lower back and hips and causing great pain. They were plain rude at times and made the process of returning extremely difficult. I did manage to get a partial refund in the end (hint: pay through PayPal) but it was like getting blood out of a stone. I am convinced that many of their thousands of reviews on places such as Amazon are paid or fake. Avoid at all costs.

Still in the midst of an unbelievably bad customer experience with Vesgantti! They have no phone number! They don't really answer their emails! Our mattress has been lost for over 3 weeks with UPS (obviously not directly the fault of Vesgantti) but they have done absolutely nothing to help us and have actually hindered the process of finding the mattress by failing to confirm address changes & not replying to emails.

We have trawled through hundreds of business listings for the parent company, SSC Logistics, who have a warehouse in Cardiff and STILL have not found a phone number. Very much wishing we had ordered from a company which seemed less like a shady shell corporation...

I have no idea what the mattress is like because I haven't slept on it yet.

edit: in fact, we've now read the rather shocking number of 1 star reviews on Amazon and will be cancelling our order... will update you if and when we get our money back.

We bought a double mattress which was advertised as 'medium-firm'. It wasn't. It was actually quite soft. We decided to make use of their 100 day satisfaction 'guarantee' which is very clearly stated on their website, whereby they refund the cost of the mattress in full and arrange for the mattress to be collected. Alternatively they give you the option of donating the mattress to charity and will still give a refund. We tried almost 20 charities but none were prepared to collect it from our area in N.Devon. Trying to explain this to the customer services at Vesgantti is like trying to have a conversation with a turnip. Basically they are doing NOTHING to help us get the mattress returned because obviously they don't want the hassle and the cost. So now we are stuck with it. Unless you live in a city or town, the so-called guarantee is not going to be available to you, so be warned. I think solicitors call this 'misrepresentation'.

Initially I was a little wary about ordering from this company as it is relatively unknown (and there is so much out there), but reviews online of their mattresses were so overwhelmingly good I decided to order anyway. The mattress I ordered, the upgraded comfort hybrid, arrived next day and was exactly as described. Having slept on it for several weeks now, I can confirm that it is also extremely comfortable! Considering the fantastic price point, I am incredibly impressed with the quality of product and service.

I have been waiting for my mattress since the 9th July and I still haven’t received this.
I have now found out I have been consistently lied to whenever I email in to find out the progress of the case.
I have spoken to UPS who has confirmed they opened an investigation into my case as the mattress was lost so the 22nd July UPS open the case and closed this again on the 27th July and issued a refund for the mattress on the same day.I still have no mattress and no refund as i requested,Reference Lynne has consistently told me it was on the way .I am absolutely appalled at the sheer lies I have been told every time I email. I would urge people not to order from this company , you get fobbed off all the time, you cannot call them to speak to anyone.Stay clear of this Company they take your money and do not deliver the goods.
