Purchased a laundry basket from this awful company. i informed them that after 7 days it had not arrived and there was no tracking details update. I also informed them that I had purchased another item and they told me reject the item when it would finally arrive. The item arrived but the courier left the item on my doorstep in the rain, i could not therefore reject the delivery. I am in communication with them and they expect me to pay for the return of the item that was delivered late. When i refused they are now trying to force me to keep the item and give me a reduced refund. Absolutely appalling and i cannot understand why a reputable company like B&Q would affiliate themselves with such an incompetent company. Seriously, do not buy from them, just because they are affiliated with B&Q does not make them professional.

Impossible to get a refund. Mattress arrived damaged and after admitting there was a manufacturing fault, kept making offers of discounts and extra sheets instead of offering a full refund including delivery as per my rights under Consumer law. They even suggested I donated the damaged mattress to charity! I will be raising the issue with the trades ombudsman. I have bought 3 mattresses from here (2 of which I have been happy with), unfortunately this experience means I won't use the company again. I'm still awaiting the full refund and the item to be returned.

The worst customer service, The worst seller on Amazon. My debate is open now for 3 months. Their low quality mattress is sinked after 6 month and they do not accept to retrieve it. So the guarantee does not cover anything. They do not reply to messages, or reply after one week or so, sometimes they write in French, completely useless.
Do not buy from this brand, is a vast of time and money.

I bought my mattress (Euro King Size) from Amazon about 2 years ago and I am still using it. Very comfortable. Looking to buy a super king in the coming weeks.

I see most people are basing the stars on their customer service experience and not the product itself. Perhaps, I might have if I had issues with the product.

Really wish everyone is sorted.

Worst Matress I have ever slept on.
It sinks, slowly, throughout the night causing all sorts of serious health problems.
Less than a year old.

I never write reviews but really feel compelled to after the appalling customer service from this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM when you read about the mattresses and the 100 night piece of mind trial its not true and false advertising. Firstly I contacted the company before purchase to enquire about delivery. 2 different people told me 2 different times and so I ordered as they advised and the item arrived late, only one day but still very inconvenient as I had guests coming to stay. The mattress arrived and is lovely however its just too soft. I contacted support and they advised me of the firmer versions. I then wrote and asked to return the item to swap for a firmer version, I don't want a refund just a replacement which i'm entitled to. And that's where the trouble starts. All of a sudden my emails go unanswered, I sent 4. Then I get an email back saying its to hard to return the mattress and they will offer me 50% off and I need to buy a mattress topper!! I refuse to accept this. I didn't buy a mattress to then buy a mattress topper for it and its also not my problem if its to hard for them to have it collected that's their problem and they should not be advertising they do it if they don't. I then read all of the bad reviews on here that mirror their response. They say they offer a 100 night trial but this is not true. Under UK trading standards of distance and selling a buyer has upto 30 days from receipt to return an item if it's not correct. I feel this is going to drag out as the customer service is terrible so I am in the process of getting legal representation and are also informing my credit card company. Company's like this should not be able to operate if they do not follow the rules of trading and advertise false information. Having to send so many emails when something could have been sorted straight away with one email is infuriating. Trust me when I say I am having the exact same customer experience as all of these other people who have written 1 star reviews. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order over a month ago and after 2 weeks still hasn’t received my mattress. I was fobbed off several times and asked to be patient.
Eventually I asked for a refund which they said would be processed within a week. It wasn’t…. Chased again, asked to wait 24 hours… still no refund. Sent another email and told they were waiting for the missing mattress to be returned to them by the totally inept XDP. If it wasn’t with them within 2 days they would assume it was lost and issue the refund.
3 days later asked to wait 2 or 3 more days until it was returned!!
They have had my money for over a month for goods I did not receive. Why should I wait until they get it back? XDP are a nightmare which hasn’t helped but Vesgantti customer service is appalling.
What a way to treat a customer!!!

I purchased a desk from them in January 2022. I wanted to return it as one of the panels has a slight crack in it. I emailed them twice and have still not heard back. There is no phone number to contact them either.

I ordered a mattress and took a day off work to receive delivery, I waited all day and no mattress arrived. Was then told the mattress was lost and they would send a replacement within 1/2 days which also never arrived, after waiting nearly a month I was then told the mattress was out of stock and they would give me a refund. So left with no mattress and a hotel bill as I had to put my family in a hotel as they had come to stay with us!
No offer of compensation or a gesture of good will for all of the inconvenience and time and money we have lost in the process!

Still waiting for a response to my email, supposed 10 year warranty!!
Still in great condition( not a single mark, always protected) apart from were it has sunk on both sides so much that you have to look over the hill in the middle. Only 4 years old and turned often, was a super deluxe but now not fit for purpose as its giving us back pain, should last longer than this. Beware they don't last

UPDATE: this company were incredibly frustrating to deal with. A full week of emails back and forth with several silly suggestions from them on how to resolve the snagged threads on the mattress cover ( I purchased the hybrid mattress with the zipped cover) and was willing to accept either a replacement cover or replacement mattress, instead I was told to cut the threads, then I was told to cover it, then I was offered a £20 refund and told to cover it…you get the idea. In the end we did find a solution, I suggested a discount that I thought was fair and they honoured it. I was not impressed with them taking a screenshot of my review and asking me to change it though.

The mattress itself is very comfortable. It is better than the simba we had previously. My husband is 87kg 6’3” and I have numerous chronic pain conditions and we both find the mattress suits our needs.

On a final note, I’ve seen negative reviews about this company being Chinese. To be honest I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. The mattress itself is great and I think I was just unlucky with the cover. I changed my review to reflect my overall experience after I received the partial refund.

INITIAL REVIEW: I was actually fully expecting to write a 5 star review here, unfortunately I am no longer able to do that.
Initially everything was good, ordered my mattress, it was delivered in approximately 36 from the point of order. Delivery guy wasn’t particularly great but that’s another story. Took the mattress out of the packaging and found several loose threads in the fabric. Emailed vesgantti with a photo and asked for either a replacement cover (the mattress has a zipped cover) or a replacement mattress. The email I got back told me to cut the threads and have a great day! I honestly can’t believe it. I will give them a chance to correct the mistake, if they fail to do so I will use my consumer rights to get a full refund and go elsewhere.

Just to note, the mattress itself has not been tested yet as it was only delivered an hour or so before this review

Just purchased a single mattress for our little ones room and I was really pleased with the service and quality of their products! I stupidly order the wrong size initially, but I was able to return via inter parcel for just over £10 and placed an order the same day for another. The delivery was super quick and we were amazed by the vacuum packed mattress that was top quality!

Glad I came direct rather than ordering from Amazon too!

Please be aware that when ordering from Vesgantti via paypal, the receipt shows the seller as "Pei Chunlei "with a private email address in China and not Vesgantti UK.
I ordered from this company because I thought they were a company based in the UK but cancelled when I noticed this. After emailing them they did cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Very difficult to review a product after 4 months when I'm hoping it to last 8 years, but so far my Koorlian double mattress has exceeded expectations, the price was fantastic (under £200) where other manufacturers were charging more, delivered in 5 days in a big box, very easy to unpack in its vacuum packed bag (but it is heavy! It's a mattress afterall) it expanded to its full size within a minute of opening the vacuum pack , I slept on it the same evening after unpacking, which was fine, think mine was medium- firm.
Slightly on the softer side than I was expecting but I find it so comfortable and luxurious and I would highly recommend this product at this time.

Ordered a single mattress, but when unpacked it was 10 cm shorter than specification!

UPDATE: After reading other reviews I decided to go through Paypal claims as I felt it is the most clear process from a buyer's perspective. The company has been really quick to respond to emails and after providing the photos, they issued a full refund within 24hrs. They also gave me contact details to arrange a charity donation for the mattress. It is disappointing not to get a right product as my daughter was looking forward to the new mattress. However, the communication and response was fast and satisfactory. I would like to give Vesgantii 3.5 stars but the system does not allow me.

i bought this product directly with Vesgantti. The product was faulty and they customer service refunded full money.

The mattress is OK, but not right for us.

100day trial is a joke. To get refund I have to sort out a charity donation and provide receipt. Tried a couple so far and their warehouses are full so refusing to accept.
My other option is to keep mattress and 50% refund (handy tip if for a discount if you do want the mattress!).

Emails so far are pretty unhelpful. Website implies all is simple and they arrange collection, just like other mattress trial companies. Yes they're cheaper than some, but quality is not the same and customer service is definitely lacking. I think they hope I'll give up
