I chose wrong size by mistake in my order. Just after submitting my order, I realized it and sent many emails to customer service to change my order. It looks like they keep avoiding me.

After they dispatch the mattress, I know it will be difficult to update. Very bad customer service really, no telephone number and no response from emails.

Ordered a mattress from them but didn’t fit our bed correctly, tried to contact company straight away for an exchange although no contact number only email addresses. Finally spoke with someone who said there is no collection in my area so the best they could do would be to offer me a 30% refund to keep the mattress. I am now left with a mattress I don’t need and waiting on a 30% refund! I am out of pocket, need to now find a way of selling this mattress and buy a new one! Unbelievable really!

DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RETURN YOUR ITEM. I wanted to return and refund the mattress topper within the trial period and the customer service keep delaying. The mattress topper totally provide no support which cause me to sink into the form and caused me backache. It's totally misleading on their website which indicated free collection on the returned item -When I pressed for the free collection, they said they do not have a collection service and only want to refund me 30%! When I refused, they then offer me 50% when I am entitled full refunded. In the end, I suggested to them to I will bring the item to charity for donation and they agreed and finally refund me full amount. It took me more than 3 weeks to get my money back. Unless you are willing to take the risk, please don't buy from this company.

If I could rate as 0 stars I would. We bought the mattress after some great personal recommendations, we were reassured by the 100 day trial, after 4 weeks of lost sleep and discomfort we decided that it wasn’t for us, here is where the problem started, no refund offered despite this being in their T’s and C’s, this was upgraded to 30% and later 50%. A full refund would only be offered if I could return the mattress at my expense. Do not use this company if you plan on the 100 night trial. There is no such thing!

Zero customer service. I ordered a 12" mattress and it only expanded to 10.5" afer nearly a month. I sent an email to SupportVesgantti-home about the discrepancy in mattress thickness and they never responded. Seems they don't care to be bothered by customers who have already paid their good money although the customer is unhappy with their product. would not do business with this company again.
Update 12/21/2023: The 12" mattress I ordered and paid for still has not expanded beyond 10.5" and I have never heard back from Vesgantti support or customer service (if they even have one or care to bother responding). There are better mattress companies and mattresses out there so avoid frustration and disappointment and stay away from this company.

This is a complaint for the failed delivery and uninformed cancellation of my order. I received a call from your delivery provider informing that he is at my place for delivery. I was at work and couldn't attend to the uninformed delivery. I had no intimation that the order would be delivered today. The delivery personnel pushed me to wither collect now or cancel the order. He carelessly cancelled my order without any effort to attempt redelivery.
It is pissing me off, even after paying the money to buy a product, the people are so careless that they can’t even notify a delivery !
I didn’t even receive any email saying it’s been dispatched!

Such a ridiculous service

I was recommended by a friend who had a very positive experience with Vesganti to purchase one or their mattresses. I 've made the order today but i am now very concerned because i have never received the confirmation email to my order or a reference number, contrary to what it said on the check out page of their website. Only now i am reading so many negative reviews here , I wished I had done before but my friend did vouch for them, and he is now very upset and disappointed. I have sent some emails before and after purchase, no reply was received to any of them...
...then an email confirmation arrived at 3.00 am ( clearly not from the UK) and the mattress followed 3 days later, and it's exactly what I'd expected.
So in spite of the lack of communication from Vessganti i can say that i am satisfied with the product and I did not receive a wrong recommendation......
I might have spoken too soon. The mattress is 4 cm ( 3 inch ) lower than advertised ...hence I am not completely satisfied with this company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ORDERED A MATTRESS BEFORE I READ ANY OF THESE REVIEWS, I WROTE TO THEM AND CANCELLED IT AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED. I WAS TOLD IF IT TURNED UP TO REFUSE IT. THE MATTRESS DIDNT ARRIVE AND I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS ASKING FOR MY REFUND, SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE AND I HAVE NOW GIVEN THEM 7 DAYS IN WHICH TO SRND ME A FULL REFUND OR I WILL GO TO TRADING STANDARDS. I WISH ID READ THE REVIEWS AS I CANT AFFORD TO LOSE £154 .

I ordered a mattress topper from this company on the 24th of September and I expected it to be delivered within 3-5 days as described in their website but until now 9th of October I'm still waiting. I should have read the reviews for this company. I would never again order from them.

Seriously the worst ever. I read the reviews after I ordered and regretted not doing this before. They sent the wrong mattress. It was one they don't even sell on their website. I didn’t realise until I opened it. I emailed straight away and they said I could send it back for a refund BUT I had to pay the return carriage which they wouldn't refund. It would have cost me over £60 to return it!!! They offered a discount and kept offering more until it got to 80% refund. They don't even have the decency to use your name they just refer to you as ‘customer’. I could have donated to a charity and then they would refund in full but I couldn’t trust them. They lied so much to me saying it was the mattress that I ordered and that it was the right mattress but in the wrong box. My advice is either source somewhere else or check the package at the door before accepting and ALWAYS pay by credit card to get extra protection. Any 3rd party company using these (Amazon etc) should do a test purchase to see how awful they are. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Appalling customer service, mattress topper was to arrive in Friday, which it did, just not to me! Called B&Q who said take it up with seller. Contacted Vesgantti via B&Q link. Basically have said it was signed for, when I tried to explain that I nor my neighbours received anything the response more or less implied that I am lying. I then received a message via messenger from a stranger, stating asking if I had recently ordered mattress topper. I confirmed that I had. He explained he got it on Friday, called Amazon (who delivers for this company) he asked for my address so he could drop it off, but Amazon refused(well done Amazon) he said Amazon said not to worry about it and they would refund me. Which is strange as I didn't buy from them. Sent another message to Vesgantti stating what this person said. Now will need to wait until 4am tomorrow for a response, at this point someone has my topper and I am out of pocket. Sham of a company! And shame on B&Q for allowing this company in their site!!

3FT Single in January, delivery was extremely fast and I was kept well informed.
The mattress itself is of incredible quality for the low price, and so comfy and deep!
I highly recommend this company and would use again for purchasing mattress!

Ordered a Vesgantti 3 Seater Sofa. Delivered without any parts needed for assembly. (Chair Legs, nuts, bolts) etc

Have contacted them with no reply on whatsapp or email after three weeks now.

Beyond disappointing.

If they could just send us the required missing parts, we would be happy to change our review to a 5 star, as we love the sofa's look...we just have to admire it inside a box packed away currently!!!

Dropshippers of Chinese made mattresses, which isn't an issue, but I wanted to return one of the mattresses I purchased, was then made to wait for 2 weeks to confirm they had received it, then offered me £30 refund for me to keep the mattress.

I had to claim via my credit card company for a refund.

BEWARE if you want to return anything - Also, the customer service responses come via a Gmail account.

After reading some of the Trustpilot reviews, I was a little hesitant about ordering, however I am glad that I listened to my intuition and ordered my Vesgantti Folding Mattress Bed, I went for the single 90x190x15cm.

I had recently moved to a new home and needed a temporary sleeping solution until I can save up enough for a full-sized double bed and mattress, which probably won’t happen until the Black Friday sales!

I emailed Vesgantti via their online ‘contact us’ form and as stated on their website, a member of their team responded well within the stated 24-hour response time. I had a few queries about the folding mattress, and I wanted to check stock levels before placing my order, and my email queries were dealt with by the ever so friendly, professional, and efficient Kalice, who answered all my queries and confirmed the mattress as being in stock.

After receiving all the information I required, of course which would not have been possible without the help of Kalice, I placed my order online and to my surprise, the mattress was delivered the very next day! Now that’s what I call service. Thank you ever so much for a 5-star experience from ordering to delivery.

The folding mattress itself is perfect and I have been having the most amazing and uninterrupted sleep and although it’s a folding mattress, to me it feels as good as a £1000 mattress. It has medium firmness, and it may only be 15cm thick, however it has the same comfort as a full-size mattress. Also, it arrived perfectly boxed in vacuum sealed packaging, with full instructions on how to carefully break the vacuum seal, which included a little handy device for cutting open the seal.

All in all, I am very impressed with my Vesgantti purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting a guest mattress, which when not in use can be stored away in the very handy storage bag that comes with the mattress.

Don't fall for their trap! Mattresses measurements are off! I ordered a mattress in sale in 2022, see below:

The mattress didn't fit my double bed as there was a gap on the side and footboard. When I measured the mattress the actual size was 130x188x20cm! (yes read that again!!!) Absolutely awful! I should've read the reviews before buying from this business. I will NEVER BUY here again and I do not recommend Vesgantti to anyone. They are Fraudsters! I couldn't return my mattress as I had already opened it and aired it out. Plus it went on my brand new bed 2 months later. I have to give the matress away to charity. Do not buy from Vesgantti.

I regret not reading the reviews before buying a mattress from this company through B&Q market place. I've ordered a mattress since 29th June, I am still waiting for it. I've sent several messages to the seller and they keep asking me to wait. Even after asking for a refund, they still ask me to wait. I would stay away from this company because they are patronising, unsympathetic, my guests have been sleeping on the floor for days (since 7th July), they've caused me such embarrassment.

Buying product not real warranty. I am.contac to seller writing several time I am requesting replacement under the warranty but don't give me any offers or replacement my king size bed I am sharing my email request I am complaining UK obdusman tuk company house as well .

I bought the king-size below order details and have a problem back and neck problem ls getting worse. I am a disabled person the bed is hurting me, the metal coil hurts my body and it is making it worse. On the top side the foam mattress is fabric is not protecting medium firm orthopaedic. I got MRI scan from Dr and physiotherapy my spine is S shape damage my nerve bone

I need to replace under warranty please help me I need to change the mattress to full firm orthopaedic mattress. Dr and physiotherapy recommend immediately change as this mattress do not support back and hip and neck. If you wish I can send you the MRI results.
