Just received the 5th Mattress I have ordered from Vesgantti, in the last couple of years... 3 for a charity holiday home and 2 were for my home, great quality, super fast delivery, cannot fault this company

Ordered on the 20th and waited for status to change to fulfilled but nothing happened. I contacted them to ask why they weren't shipping and was told they were out of stock and would I like a different one. Well as that one states is £100 less when not on sale and was only actually about £4 different in price at sale prices (is it actually a sale or was that also a lie to draw you in and it's always that price?) I obviously said no. They say they will be restocking at the end of the month and when I said it might be an idea to tell people this rather than have them chase you, I was told the email may have been sent to junk. This I know isn't true as I don't automatically delete spam and check them in case something went to junk by accident. I'll wait and see if anything happens in a couple of days but I am not happy, money was taken quick enough. I wasn't going to write a review but I foolishly didn't check here first. Now I have looked I am not feeling very confident. Stock systems can easily be programmed to update in real time with a database back end so there is no excuse for selling items you don't yet have and making false promises.

The mattress is very soft . Read all the reviews which said how great it was on Amazon. I bought it direct from vesgantti though Contacted re returning as they state you can return after 100 days. They are really faffing about. I am not impressed with your customer service. You shouldn't state about return in 100 days if you don't mean it. It's not a good mattress for my elderly mother. I am very disappointed

Up date was offered 30% then 50% off to keep it. Then told donate to charity and send proof which I have done. So waiting for refund.

Tried to order items from Vesgantti only to be told out of stock. We were asked if a replacement was satisfactory which we agreed and told them which mattress we would like. But so far have not heard anything this was 3 days ago. Customer services non existent no contact number to ring, is this company legitimate as we have paid in advance and now very concerned 😟

Very quick delivery of ordered mattress (3days from ordering). Mattress exactly as ordered.

Ordered the mattress 3days ago and turned up today as promised, hopefully the quality is good as it says what these claim to be , so far no issues

Ordered 2 mattresses from this company . Got a text after 4 days saying one mattress will be delivered at 1pm. I was out at the time but when I got home nothing had been delivered. I emailed them and they said it had been delivered by XDP on 7th April. I complained that it had not been delivered and then they changed their minds and told me it had been delivered by Amazon on 5th . I didn’t even buy it through Amazon !!! I bought it direct from Vesgantti. They then told me to call XDP and gave me a fake telephone number which when I called was not in existence. XDP is a joke . The live chat doesn’t work and when you use their portal to submit an email it doesn’t submit ! It’s like going round in circles between Vesgantti and XDP and getting no where. It’s taking up hours of my time to find out why I am not receiving my goods. They keep saying it has been delivered and will not accept that it hasn’t. I’ve read everyone’s reviews on here and there are so many similarities like they are doing the same to everyone. Even down to the fake phone number. Only a lucky few have actually received their item. Seems to me even if you are lucky to receive an item from them the quality is not so great or the return policy is a joke. . I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I never would have bought anything from them . I’ve tried to cancel the order for the second mattress but they won’t do it. They tell me to refuse it when…. or…. if it arrives. !!! They are complete liars . They have no shame. They should be shut down. I paid via PayPal but have only just put in the dispute through the resolution service PayPal have so I guess time will tell. In the meantime I’m going to Dreams beds to get my mattress. I’m not waiting round for them to deliver absolutely nothing .
AVOID THIS SELLER LIKE THE PLAGUE

I purchased the mattress topper online on Saturday April 1, with the written promise that it would be delivered within 3 business days. It is now the 6th, and I have just gotten confirmation that it will arrive on the 8th, which is too late for my needs. I'll now have to scramble to find an alternative solution for my camper van for the Easter weekend away. There is no number to call, and it took 19 hours for a response to my email yesterday. I wouldn't buy online from them again.

terrible mattress. I can't move in the morning. I have no back problems with other mattresses (hotels etc).
My parnter is trying to return it, but the only option for a full refund is to contact a local charity.
We will be contacting the bank for a charge back refund, not serious.

Vesgantti will sell you mattresses which are not even in stock and advertise delivery within 3 to 5 days. Paypal will ask you to give them three weeks to resolve the problem with seller.
My mistake was I did not search for review on this online seller as they sell on Amazon as well. Never presume that such retailers will give you reliable service directly.

II can't understand the negative reviews on Trustpilot regarding the customer experience. I order the luxe hybrid mattress on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning. The mattress itself is fantastic. I would definitely buy from Vesgantti.com again. Thank you.

I wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before buying. If you're not put off already by other reviews... I'm afraid I also had a negative experience with this company. Mainly because the customer service is not set up well at all.
- There's no chat option, so you can't ask simple questions about your order.
- You can only email and wait - I was told 'be patient!' which doesn't feel great when your simple questions are being ignored.
- The delivery company (XDP) does have a chat, and the people there were incredibly helpful in letting me know where my delivery was. However, they don't seem to be able to actually communicate with the delivery team to arrange anything, and not at all with Vesgantti.
- When I asked for a telephone number I was given one that didn't work.
- I did eventually get a refund (I never received the mattress - after trying for 3 days to arrange delivery, I asked for the mattress to be sent back) but I had to chase for it.

Vesgantti - please just put simple methods in place so your customers can speak with you. I'm sure it will help you as well as us.

Ordered a 80x200 mattress to fit ikea daybed 10/01/23 received prompt tracking information and it was delivered 11/01/23.
Mattress looks good quality was extremely well vacuumed packed!
Very happy with service personally but nearly didn’t order due to the negative reviews, also paid with PayPal to get buyer protection just incase of a problem.
But in fairness it’s was a great transaction from beginning to end!

I placed an order for standard double mattress. The company issued the tracking number for delivery. On the date of delivery the driver came by the house to only inform he did not find this item in his van for delivery and went back.

Since then, I am shuttled between the vendor and the courier, and neither of them were able to trace the consignment nor able to commit a timely resolution and delivery.

The money is locked in, and this bogus company not processing the order cancellation either. I wish I had seen the numerous review on similar nature in this forum before placing my order. Please refrain from dealing this vendor.

I ordered 2 pro hybrid mattresses 90 x 200 cm for my son's super king size bed. They arrived very quickly with DPD, within in a few days. My son loves them. Well made, very good value for money and extremely comfortable. So I ordered another 2 for the guest room super king size bed, they also arrived within a few days. Fantastic service and we are very happy.

The product itself if you are ever fortunate enough to receive it is great. The service is beyond shocking, make payment and its touch and go as to whether or not you'll ever see the mattress or your money back.

Can’t comment on the mattress as I still haven’t received it, all I got from the company was pretty much “be patient” no reply to my other emails, delivery was meant to be 2-5 days, can’t get in touch with the delivery company, waited in since Wednesday for delivery but still not turned up, I hope people read these reviews about this company and the courier they use XDP before ordering, I know I wish I did and wish I had just ordered from otty again instead of giving these a chance, I really wish I hadn’t given this company my money !!

They is not phone contact in case you have any issues.Like in my case I have place my order on the 5th of December and by today I didn't receive nothing.
They have only email and you get your unswer after days of frustration.

In the purchase it stated 2.5 days and by now more than 14days I'm still sleeping on my old mattress bcs of this pp..
Avoid avoid it's all I can recommend
