I had no idea what to expect when I…
I had no idea what to expect when I began looking for a bike, but was pleasantly surprised with the ease of order and the follow up from the company.
I knew where my bike was at all times.
I ordered it assembled and eventhough I still had to attach a few things, it was very easy to complete the assembly.
I had a question with an item that didn’t arrive with the rest of the order but was surprised again with the fast response.
I’m looking forward to many fun miles, and I’m sure I can contact customer service with any questions I may have in the future and be treated very well.

When the company stands behind their product
What made my experience great was the fast response to rectify my initial problem I had with my front brakes. I feel this company really cares about the customer and will bend over backwards to fix any issue from the e-bike that may pop up. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Ordered a beautiful UrbanGluide Ultra. The ordering process was smooth. The shipping was on time, and the ebike arrived shipped from Southern California in three days. The packaging was perfect. This was a big concern of mine as shipping a ebike must be very difficult. I was informed at every point during the ordering and shipping.
I had a few questions after receiving the ebike, and contacted Service by email. All my questions were promptly answered by Judy.
The ebike is beautiful, and a great value for the money with a powerful mid drive motor. I live on a very steep hill in the San Francisco area. No problem, this bike has plenty of power to handle the hills.
Overall a very positive experience. 5 stars! -Steve

Damaged Battery
I ordered a battery for a Seine and it came with some damage on the exterior. The damage was to the battery casing and did not affect its functionality. Bree sent me a battery charger at no cost to compensate me. She was prompt with communication and the charger was quickly sent.

Excellent customer service
I bought two Vanpowers bikes as gifts, unfortunately one of them was a bit too large. I contacted customer service to return the bike and Bree helped me throughout the process, ensuring the bike reached their warehouse safely. She tracked the return and process my refund as soon as the bike was received. Vanpowers's customer service has been great.

Vanpowers gives excellent customer service
My new Vanpowers bike came in and there was a small cut in the front brake line, caused leaking of fluid. I brought the bike to a repair shop who fixed the line for me. I reached out to Vanpowers customer service, and without delay they offered to reimburse me the cost of the repair. The customer service offered is best in class and I will tell everyone to purchase their e-bike from Vanpowers. Thank you!

Excellent service, super fast delivery of the bicycle and the attention they have given me has been very good and attentive to every detail of the order, exactly how I wanted the bicycle. The package has been very careful not to have any damage despite being shipped so far, I recommend 100%. Now to enjoy the bicycle and the beautiful landscapes that I will travel through on it.

City Vanture, well done Vanpowers.
Recieved the bike within 5 business days. Bike was all I hoped for. Parts were well packaged, clearly labelled and very well made, a testament to Vanpowers quality control. I had watched 2 on-line assembly videos prior to recieving the bike. I followed the supplied written guide and put the bike together in less that 2 hours. I am 5' 8" and was concerned the bike frame would be on the large side, given the advertised parameters. By putting the seat far forward on the rails, the geometry is perfect for me with no issues regarding standover height. Bike rides like a dream I have yet to challenge the battery on a longer run but will do so this week. Had the optional external battery been offered at a lower price, I would have purchased that as well. Perhaps in the future.

Very pleasant and helpful after-sales service
I ordered a bike from them a long time ago when they were still in their IndieGoGo phase, so my experience with them spans a couple of years, actually.
When I received the bike (which was quite easy to assemble, no problems on that front) it turned out that some items from the backer rewards had been forgotten about, so they'd have to be shipped to me additionally. This turned into a year-long journey of attempting to get those packages delivered to me, which finally met its successful end late September 2023.
Unfortunately my local delivery services were less than incapable and the packages got lost no less than four times before they finally made. Throughout this all Vanpowers was very helpful, they shipped replacement parts out without any extra charge or putting up any kind of smokescreens, which was much nicer of them than they'd have to be after doing the same thing three times in a row already.
I'd also like to especially highlight Bree, who was my support agent throughout all of this, they've been very nice and helpful start-to-finish, thanks again!
