Valuchi Anmeldelser

Ze reageren nergens op. Intussen heb ik wel betaald maar geen horloge ontvangen omdat hij niet leverbaar is.

Geen telefoonnummer en e-mails reageren ze niet

I'm trying to return the product and it is impossible.
SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE!
Million emails and WhatsApp conversations.
STILL DIDN'T RETURN.

I placed my order on the 30th of March and I am yet to receive any update on my watch and no one is responding to me on any of their social media accounts!

Order #13359

I got a reply from their support team, still trying to get the watch, will update my experience according to the results

Still waiting for them to ship my order

Finally got my order's tracking number. Honestly I had a hard time communicating with them, but when my item got shipped everything went well
Got my watch early this morning, very classy

Worst Support Ever.
I wanted to return a watch as it was written down in their policy when I ordered.
After several emails they promised me to send me a label.
Till today (8 weeks later) I never received a return label.
That‘s just a scam.
I would never buy a watch again!!

My son ordered a watch in January but he didn't like it returned it the start of February and still hasn't received a refund I've emailed, messengered and whatsapped them no reply whatsoever. Can't get a phone number to ring does he lose out on €250???

I had an amazing experience with Valuchi Watches! The watch I ordered is stylish, high-quality, and looks even better in person. The shipping was smooth, and the customer service was very responsive. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Valuchi to anyone looking for a premium timepiece!

Stylish and well-crafted, my Valuchi watch exceeded expectations. It arrived in just 4 days, and the sleek design, comfortable fit, and reliable performance make it perfect for any occasion. A premium timepiece at an affordable price—highly recommended!

These watches are amazing I love the quality and comfort will definitely be buying a lot more they such beautiful pieces I managed to get one of the limited edition watches and I'm so glad I got one

Best watches I’ve ever had.

I ordered chrograph watch on Black Friday, so it was delivered late. The long-awaited result was worth it. Watch is just amazing. I love it. Thank you Valuchi.

Unfortunately I also ordered a watch but got no updates within the delivery process and still do not know when the watch arrives. I also wrote an email to the support team but got no answer. Do me a favor and don’t by a watch from valuchi. If my opinion changes about the review I will change it if I will get new updates on the watch. My order Nummer: 11764

Update, after writing to the valuchi support I have got an answer and 2 days later my watch arrived so very nice support!!

I really like the watch I received, looks very fancy , as well as the package

I ordered a watch for €250 order number #55411on September 5th, and it has never been delivered. I’ve sent 3 direct messages and 7 emails to their customer service. At one point, they redirected me to DHL, who then sent me back to the company. Since then, I’ve received no responses at all.

This company has essentially stolen €250 from me. Horrible experience—don’t waste your money here!

The watch is very beautiful, it met my expectations, I liked everything.

I recently purchased a blue moon phase from these guys. I cover watch first. Normally I don't buy quartz I prefer the autos. But I thought I look and I am pleased I did. It's a beautiful watch. Really slim, it's weight is good, I like to know the watch is there. It's easy enough to set if you follow the guide included. How rare it is these days to get any manual at all.

Second part customer service.
After I purchased I had second thoughts. I contacted but had already shipped. They were great saying it's fine I can return if I still feel that way after it arrives.

I'm keeping the watch and thankyou for first class customer service.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my Valuchi watch! The moment I put it on, I knew I had made an excellent choice. The sleek design and premium quality are evident in every detail, from the sturdy strap to the precise timekeeping. It's not just a timepiece, but a statement piece that elevates my entire look.

Amazing watch…. I really love it

What an amazing watch, just perfect, I loved all the details and finishes.
