The watches were fine, they got the paperwork wrong, so instead of paying duties on $900 for two watches I ended up paying duties on over $7000 for supposedly three watches. I understand errors can be made. 4 or 5 email to them with no response, they don't have a phone number, I suggest they are not worth buying from. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Die Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter war äusserst enttäuschend. Die Lieferfrist wurde nicht eingehalten. Zudem wurde der Warenwert beim Zoll rund fünffach höher als der tatsächliche Kaufpreis deklariert, wodurch meine Zollabgaben massiv angestiegen sind. Aufgrund der notwendigen Korrektur der Falschdeklaration wurde mir von den Zollbehörden zusätzlich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr auferlegt.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per E-Mail und WhatsApp reagiert der Kundendienst nicht. Dieses Vorgehen ist inakzeptabel und zeugt von mangelnder Professionalität.

Ich kann von einer Bestellung bei diesem Anbieter nur abraten.

This brand claims to offer a 30-day return/exchange policy, but my experience proves otherwise.

I placed my order in November 2025 (Order #594202). After receiving the watch, I requested an exchange within the stated return period. Since then, I have been dealing with this issue for over two months, and as of 10 February, it is still unresolved.

I sent the item back as instructed and communicated repeatedly with their team via WhatsApp. The only response I keep receiving is: “We are waiting for the courier.” This same excuse has been repeated for weeks with no follow-up, no exchange, and no solution.

Messages are often ignored, there is no clear process, and no one takes responsibility. This is extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional for a brand that promotes itself as trustworthy.

If you are considering buying from them, do not rely on the return policy advertised on their website. It looks good on paper, but when you actually need it, you are left waiting indefinitely.

Ordered as a Christmas present which needs to be returned. I have contacted via WhatsApp and numerous emails, no response. Shocking customer service. No returns info on website or provided in packaging. DO NOT ORDER!

Worst after sale service experience and do dont even reply to your request or email

I messaged Valuchi prior to ordering the Dual Calendar watch to ask what their shipping policy was for a UK customer. The emailed back right away and confirmed the answers.

However I am now trying to return the watch and have emailed twice with no response. They do not have any option on their website to process the return and will not contact me back to tell me how to do this. Very keen to respond when you enquiry about making a purchase, however when you try make a return they will ignore you!

Valuchi created a limited edition Qatar edition, I pre ordered it and then when it released I ordered immediately (07-14-2025). After 3 days I received an email about how it sold out. We’re about a week further and yet no package so I sent an email and a message to custom support with no response, only a month later after 3 mails and 2 custom support messages I received a response saying they didn’t have it anymore and would get a refund. Very sad to see it going this way.

I wanted to return my product, but unfortunately I couldn't find the return label. So I decided to contact the customer support, but till this day I haven't received any reply. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this site. Terrible service!

Leider habe ich eine falsche Uhr erhalten. In meiner Bestellung (Nummer 14213) steht ausdrücklich „Automatik-Uhr“, aber geliefert wurde mir eine Quarzuhr.

Ich habe bereits bei Valuchi nachgefragt, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Außerdem möchte ich die Uhr gerne zurückgeben, jedoch scheint eine Rücknahme nicht möglich zu sein. Das empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend und fühle mich betrogen.

Ich bitte Sie dringend, mein Anliegen zu prüfen und mir entweder die korrekte Automatik-Uhr zuzusenden oder eine Rückgabe mit Erstattung zu ermöglichen.

J’ai eu le malheur de la porter en piscine ( le site confirme une étanchéité jusqu’à 5ATM) alors de la montre à pris l’eau.
J’ai consulté le service support mais ceux ci ne répondent pas.

Worst Support Ever.
I wanted to return a watch as it was written down in their policy when I ordered.
After several emails they promised me to send me a label.
Till today (8 weeks later) I never received a return label.
That‘s just a scam.
I would never buy a watch again!!

My son ordered a watch in January but he didn't like it returned it the start of February and still hasn't received a refund I've emailed, messengered and whatsapped them no reply whatsoever. Can't get a phone number to ring does he lose out on €250???
