I'm a Canadian living in Mexico
I'm a Canadian living in Mexico and I often buy investment properties in the US. Many purchases require some sort of document notarization. In the past I would have to travel 8 hours return to the US Consulate in Guadalajara. Now with US Virtual Notary I can do it in minutes on-line. Unlike other eNotaries, US Virtual Notary accepts non US citizens.

Amazingly great experience
I had my session within an hour and a half of requesting, the notary was extremely efficient, the entire process took less than 5 minutes, and I had my notarized document within a few minutes. I have no hesitation in rating it 5 stars.
