They are playing snubs after ignoring my request to place initials on all pages resulting in the invalid notarisation! Not recommended!!

I booked USVirtualNotary.com because I had a time-sensitive document to get notarized, and they offered me a same-day appointment. I paid for the service [on DATE / $AMOUNT], but the notary never showed up.

There was no easy way to contact anyone to find out what was going on. I chose this service only because they gave me an appointment that day, and in the end I lost both the money and the time I couldn't afford to lose. I've asked for a refund and haven't heard back.

If your deadline matters, I'd look elsewhere.

Caution - i made a mistake with a vpn on my work phone, and they want to charge me $50 more. An honest error, but “support” doesn't really seem to engage. Money wasted. Avoid.

I needed a notary from California to notarize a document for me but the process didn't allow for me to specify the state. When the appointment happened -- the notary didn't mention that she was from New York. When I uploaded the document -- she crossed off California (in the section of the document that is used for California only) and put in New York. I paid $150 for 2 stamps that I can't use. When i complained and told them they said that i needed to reach out to customer support if I needed to specify a state. The notary should not have notarized the document because she was not authorized to do so. The company is stalling about giving me a refund because it was all my fault. I used their help bot a bunch of times -- and it was slow and not helpful.

Booked an online notary appointment based in Australia and waited in the meeting room for the ENTIRE duration of the appointment and no one turned up. I tried reaching out to support, but only received a response from an AI chatbot. The live support agent was useless so eventually I managed to get onto to someone on the phone who answered "oh you're the person who sent that rude email"

Are you serious? First, you didn't show up to the service I already paid for, I followed up numerous times, didn't receive a response during your "operational" hours, and then for you to tell me that I'm being rude and I can either reschedule (to potentially be stood up again) or request a refund. This business is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to continue operating.

Global functionel everything worked excellent. Fast and a secure. I got my document in time. Great overseas service I used the service from Germany.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was attempting to set up a notary service for my cleint in the Philippines. Keep in mind I notarize over 1000 documents in a year for my small business. My credit card was charged as I was attempting to set up a notary session. The browser inadvertently closed and I never received confirmation nor did my client. I emailed customer service starting at 8 am and it is now 6 pm EST and I have no resolution so I decided to call them. The girl who answered had an attitude right off the bat, she apparently was the one I was communicating with but I don't understand why she is being short with me. Not to mention she had a child crying in the background which is completely UNPROFFESIONAL. I explained to her that my card was charged and I never received a confirmation email nor did my client. I believe the client's email might have been entered incorrectly. They stated they have no way to look up my transacation without a confirmation email, yet they can't explain why my card was charged. I asked for their billing department and they said they can't transfer me to billing. Now I am going to have to go dispute a charge because for whatever reason they can't connect me with their billing department? I have never heard of such nonsense. As a small business owner that prides herself on customer service, I am extremely disappointed and will not use your service. You lost a potential client that could have provided you $1000s in revenue.

I am out $90.53US that I had initially paid before getting a second bill hours after the process with the Notary. I have got nothing of value and wasted two days of my time.
Does not accept Canadian Postal Codes, so phony code needed. I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out how to give access to my Iphone Camera. I scanned the QR code and tried the link and I kept getting the message "give your camera access". I did Google searches to no avail. I saw that you recommended Safari which has no Windows 11 version. I then found a way to give access to my laptop camera.

It took multiple attempts to scan faces and drivers licenses because initially no positioning guidance was provide. After multiple attempts a circle was illustrated to indicate face positioning.

Excellent service, immediate attention, and great ability to resolve any situation. Highly recommended.
