Appointment setting is simpler than other platform.. Their admin / support are very attentive with my concerns. I will definitely keep using it for my online notarization needs. 🤩

I truly appreciate the ease, convenience, and speed OnlineNotary.us provides in setting up appointments for my VP and others who need notarial services. Keep up the great work!

Great job notarizing our TX affidavit of motor vehicle gift transfer. They help multiple family members of ours with this transaction and made this very easy!

This is a very great app and website. Most trustworthy. I notarize all my documents at the click of my phone with onlinenotary.net

The cost is outrageous

The process of booking (and also cancelling, before rebooking) was straightforward and the email communications I received running up until my appointment was good. Also a query I had beforehand was answered promptly via email.
The notarisation process went smoothly, and Lee Ann took the time to understand the document and that everything was filled out correctly. It didn't feel rushed at all.
And most importantly, the notarised declaration was accepted by the recipient.

Being unfamiliar with the on-line process and being based abroad, I felt very well guided. The process is simple and efficient.

Lots of support for a straightforward session

It was really smooth. the notary proactively asked if I would need an audit trail during the session and made sure to send it in the next 1 hour. Very experienced team. Highly recommend it.

Efficient, friendly, cost-effective process.

Recommended the company 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It was very easy. !!!

Great service. Very efficient and user friendly

Efficient, professional, well-explained process. Very reasonable fees as well. Works for non-US residents and non US citizens and identity verification was a breeze. Their notaries are US resident and licensed. Very fast and helpful customer service. Perfectly ontime appointment, easy to schedule, and over in minutes. Their website clearly describes what they do and how the process works. They only want your credit card after the document has been notarized. This is a very welcome difference to the other online notary services that I ran across which wanted your card just to even book an appointment. Notarization was done by an actual licensed notary and I had my document digitally signed in download-able immediately after making my payment after the appointment. Very highly recommend. Don't settle for less.

I had a great experience using onlinenotary.us. It was easy to use, and the notary connected quickly. It was a smooth and professional experience. It saved a lot of time, which is a big plus compared to going to a physical location. Highly recommend for fast and convenient online notarization.

This question should be 'what went right?'

First, the notary called into the session from her car. I can only hope she wasn't driving.

Next, she disconnected three times

Then, she said it was complete and we would receive a payment link.

After 3 rounds of instant messaging, we finally received a payment link that worked.

Then we paid, and were supposed to get a link to d/l the notarized doc. We didn't

We were sent another manual link and after downloading, the document was BLANK. Literally, nothing we signed or notarized was saved or visible.

We finally received the notarized doc. it is now 90 minutes after we began

I honestly can't recall ever using a service that performed so consistently poorly.

Such an easy process to get the time scheduled, and they worked directly with our client, but kept us in the loop. Payment was easy and we received the notarized documents immediately. The cost for the service is very reasonable.

OMG, where do I start? First off, as a non-US citizen or resident, I found it difficult finding a notary in the US that can process requests from non-US citizens. Their website is amazing. It was very clear and easy to navigate. All of my questions were answered on their pages.
After I submitted my documents, George wrote to me telling that he applied my passport ID to the required form (something I wasn't able to do at my end). That was unexpected and very much appreciated. Then when I had further questions about using my phone instead of my laptop (the camera wasn't working), Erika wrote back almost instantly and answered that question too. Then I had the call with the Notary. Ruby Ann. She was so pleasant and professional. She was also personable and not at all what I had expected. She walked me through the technical parts and made it painless.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with OnlineNotary.

Very convenient for non-US citizens. It will be perfect if there is a test link for users so we can set the camera and mirophone up before the online session.

As a non-US citizen living in the UK (with no US address) it was quite difficult to find a suitable online notary to notarise a document for use in the US. I was very lucky to discover notaryonline.us who provided a simple and very professional service for me and my wife (we both needed to sign).
