Amazing service, good quality and simple process. The agent Ketsia was pleasant, helpful and professiona.

Don’t waste your time and money! They can reply really quickly when they need you purchase the service but once they charge you and make the worse document you will never receive any answer! I paid more than $400 for a document I can’t use, because they said they will not change the document you send off but is not true! I send a Legal document with Legal size and they did a A4 document and is rubbish! They said they work for international documents and don’t have a clue about it! Don’t use this service!

Very smooth and efficient experience at a very reasonable price

I have used this service for the first time couple months ago. I am very dissapointed, since I have paid twice the amount, and didnt get any result.
First time, they over charged me without telling me, and the second time, no one show up on the video call. It has been months now that I am trying to get refund. I wouldnt recommend it.

The experience went very well for us. Getting in, verifying our identity, and virtually signing was very easy.

Being outside of the USA it was impossible to travel back to the States for a notary. This service allowed us to do everything virtually from home In Canada. The process was easy and very quick. We will definitely be using this from now on.

Fui atendida por Ariel que hizo un excelente trabajo con rapidez y profesionalidad! Servicio muy eficiente!

This was the second time I used the service, and it was excellent as the first time. I highly recommend them.

It was great and Ariel was so patient and kind with us. Great service! I will definitely use them again because they made a stressful process easy

An an American Expat living in Japan, I needed a document notarized for America. I found this service and had a very pleasant experience. Signing up, making an appointment, and proving my identity was very straightforward with the instructions provided. My online meeting was also very efficient and only took about 5 minutes after which my document was sent to me within 10 minutes. If I need this type of service in the future, I would use this site again without hesitation.

I didn't know virtual notaries existed, so I was not only surprised that I could do it, but also found the process to be really smooth, easy, and professional. Thank you!

Our firm just starting using US Virtualnotary and what a wonderful experience. Excellent support as well, no question is silly, and they respond immediately. Our US Citizen client was abroad, and I scheduled an online notary service shy of 24 hours, not on purpose but due to a Court deadline. The set-up process was easy and my document was sitting in my inbox fulling signed and notarized. THANK YOU for excellent service!

Sometimes living outside the USA presents challenges !!
This service was very Straight forward! I was actually quite nervous , Being a Senior and not adept with a lot of technology skills ! My Son helped me with setting up my printers and the scanning of documents, so I was ready for the appointment. It was very professional and Quick !
This service saved me a massive headache and money, had i had to travel to the US ,as the documents
had to be notarized.
I Was Very Thankful !

Very secure, easy and professional experience.
Ariel the notary was excellent and extremely efficient.

Great, somple and quick

This service was pretty easy to use. Much easier than trying to locate a notary and driving there to witness the signing. All issues were on my side and slowed the notary down from completing the process in half the time.

Ariel was very patient, answered all my questions and hand held through the entire process.

The experience I had with this company was great. The representative was helpful and patient and walked me through the procedure on what to do.i was extremely impressed by the operation.

The service was excellent as Lauren led me seamlessly through the process. Even though, I inadvertently loss contact, Lauren was quick to react to enable me to reconnect.

My Notary was knowledgeable and efficient. She explained the process, I did as she asked and the whole experience took less than 15 minutes, including uploading then receiving my document. I will use this service any time I need a virtual notary. Who wouldn't?

I am not fluent in English, so I gave Lauren a lot of trouble with listening and other things, but she was patient and helpful and I was able to get my application approved without any problems. I am very grateful to her.
