I ordered a Carhartt sweatshirt and it was delivered with speed.
I had to return it as it was not suitable. I took it to the post office and DHL picked it and delivered back to Urban Rider the next day.
The refund was dealt with speed.
Fantastic customer service from Sonia.

I had to return some boots because of a sizing issue, Can I say it was probably the simplest process of any return system I have found, A direct link to DPD made it even more simple.
I will be using U R in the future.

Great product and service

I ordered an item that the website clearly stated was in stock and would be delivered in 3 business days. After 2 business days, the order was still showing as processing. I contacted the company who responded that they had 'supplier' issues. This indicates that the item was not in stock at all. I consider this fake advertising and dishonest business practice. I cancelled the order and took a refund.

Great service and free returns which is great because i had to re-order new jeans as were too small even though same make as my current jeans.

Just awaiting refund now, but excellent service so far!

Had a split order, first part arrived the day after being placed, the second was delayed, only by a day but they let me know of the delay in advance and were prompt to reply to my emails. Will be using again.

The sizing guide was way off. On the basis of the guide i bought a 2xl, unusual for me but the guide indicated 36 waist. The pants were enormous - way, way bigger than the 36 inch waist indicated. These things happen, bur UR indicate that the sizing has been verified by them, this either didnt happen or was hopelessly wrong.

I would have given five stars, but the packaging of the item I ordered was damaged and as it was for a gift, I contacted the company. They responded incredibly quickly and resolved the issue. I can highly recommend Urban Rider for their great Customer Services team.

Although still never made it to the London store (always meant to, and still not had chance but I will) I shop online regularly (have bought clothing, accessories, all sorts).
Always great items (some you don't see elsewhere) at great prices, and really good service (fast and friendly).
Great shipping and returns too so always feel comfortable to order.

My upmost thanks to Izabela. I bought a helmet which had to go back under warranty but the manufacturer declined the claim. Adventure rider covered it from their end and gave a fantastic service and next day delivery as I needed the item straight away. I’d definitely recommend and Izabela from customer services was fantastic.

The only downside of using Urban Rider online is missing out on visiting the shop. Not the widest selection in store but always targeted to its potential customer base (which is why the store could sell a staggeringly expensive helmet to my beloved!). One thing they have in common online and in store is quite outstanding customer service- friendly, efficient, no pressure. My only little tip for suggestion box is to maybe let store call up specific items to try out on request, rather than buy/refund/reorder etc. It is fuss free but can be a bore if their main competitor from Cool School has a huge warehouse next to teeny showroom which does make it easier to buy…But I guess there is only so much you can do with Kings Road rentals!

After a returns process I cannot speak highly enough about Izabela at customer services, she has kept me informed throughout the process and any messages have been replied to without delay. Izabela is a credit to UR and I will continue to purchase from UR as I have done for many years.

Urban Rider has an excellent selection of bike accessories, clothing—you name it—and usually there are great deals across the website. Their video reviews are detailed, informed and extremely helpful when choosing the best product. I particularly like their UR favourites, because this means actual bikers are buying and using the stuff. I just bought a pair of Revit gloves based on one of these UR recommendations and they are brilliant gloves... Their customer service is excellent, except don't bother trying to call, you get quicker results by email. Living way out in Cornwall I have to buy stuff online and UR are happy to put up with me returning things if they don't fit or aren't quite right. Overall just an excellent shop which I would highly recommend...

Great products. Great customer service

I wrote a review earlier, but when I tried to find it, there it was, gone !!! So, as it was such a glowing review, here it is again. It regards Urban Rider and the 5 star customer service I received. An item I had ordered turned out to be out of stock, so enter Izabela like a white Knight in shiny leathers riding to the rescue. I opted for a different item, which took a bit of finding, and after some wizardry, I duly received my item, it was gloves. I was kept in the loop by knowledgeable helpful peeps who know how to communicate and I wouldn't hesitate to try them again. Most excellenty.
