Another great product from Urban Rider, delivered super quick as always. Unfortunately, the size wasn’t quite right for me this time, but the return process is so easy that it’s never a worry. Brilliant customer service, fantastic range of products. I had an item missing from my order, the notebook from a Trip Machine wallet. Once I notified customer service at Urban Rider, I received the notebook in a couple of days, looking forward to placing my next order.

Urban Rider are my go to when it comes to motorcycle equipment and apparel. They have a huge selection in store and via partner retailers and they are able to price match if you see something cheaper in another store/site.
Their reviews of products are comprehensive as is their size guide which I always rely on rather than the manufacturer's.

I love my Knox Orsa OR4’s but I do wish the website represented the actual color better, in photos the Grey OR4’s look much lighter colored but in person they are a darker shade. I also wish the sizing was better represented I have 9 inch hands in circumference and 7 1/2 inch in length and wear a large glove in my other motorcycle gloves but I really needed a XL for these. I unfortunately do not think it’s possible to exchange them either due to them having to pass through customs which I really wish they could make that process more understandable and easier.

Ordered a cable before Christmas and was told it was being shipped that day, 2 weeks later still not here, messaged the company who said they didn't have it. It took me to message to be told this

I had never used this website before so as always I am a bit apprehensive, but I thoroughly recommend. There was a few day delay with the shipping but they kept me updated throughout and when my order arrived it was exactly what I had bought, so I cannot complain.

Received an email offer, it didn’t work. Email exchange afterwards was poor, little effort to recover the situation. I unsubscribed in response to “no worries” when I said I wouldn’t proceed… I was a returning customer.
