Never again
Went online, found 3 open face peaks i wanted, and a facemask. Ordered and paid. I even paid for extra post. Then noticed part of the order was going to be at least a week, and 1 item within 2 days. So i emailed asking the situation. No reply, thats ok i thought. Ive just looked and i can not find a thing of the order, and my account on their webiste i can no longer get into. My order is no longer, no replys to a simple email, no expenation. Was this all because i ordered and questioned? why? if you have items showing in stock, to then cancel the order and ignore the customer. Ive never ordered from this company, ever, so im at a loss as to why. I was looking at 2 new helmets as well.

We did respond promptly to your email sent on 29/03, and again to your follow-up on 31/03. Unfortunately, both of our replies were returned to us as undeliverable, which indicates there may be an issue with the email address provided. As no phone number was included with your enquiry, we’ve had no alternative way to reach you.
We have also carried out a thorough check of our website and PayPal records and have been unable to locate any completed order or transaction under your details. This strongly suggests that the checkout process was not successfully completed. For clarity, a confirmation email is automatically sent for every successful order, and without this, an order would not have been processed or charged.
At no point would we cancel and ignore a legitimate order, and we take customer communication very seriously. In this case, it appears to be a technical issue with PayPal rather than any failure in service.

Urban Rider make it all so easy!
I’ve bought a few things from Urban Rider over the years, they are always quick to deliver, ready to help with any queries, overall, nice people to do business with. My partner bought the Belstaff Cherwell, wanting something possibly a bit warmer than her Trialmaster. It arrived, was the usual Belstaff quality, was indeed snug and warm, had all manner of quality bits and shapes, a very nice jacket indeed. Ultimately though, she had to send it back as, like so many ladies motorcycle jackets, there was no room at all for a pair of boobs, why do they do that? Have clothing designers seen women?!
Anyway, lovely jacket, fabulous quality, and Urban Rider have helped with the whole shopping experience too.

Bought the Pando Moto Bia body suit XL…
Bought the Pando Moto Bia body suit XL and needed the Large instead. Contacted the team and they responded to my enquiry about doing this swap very quickly and professionally when explaining id get a refund and need to re-order the size down but were helpful as they let me know they could get more messurments taken of the size down suits which I appreciated as im odd sized.
I returned the XL for free and had my refund straight away and the Large arrived the next day of order and fits perfect.
Amazing service will be buying from them again as we have bought the pando moto mens armour off them too.
