Thank you to Izabela and Max at the UR store for organising a replacement lens for my Biltwell goggles, both very kind and a shout to Izabela for her tenacity! Great service and recommended for great gear!

First off, outstanding offer found on their site for a helmet I was looking to purchase, ordering was straight forward enough as you’d expect nowadays, but what set them apart from my perspective was the super quick and accommodating customer support.

I placed the order, then afterwards found something else I should’ve added. I messaged customer services late one evening, received a response first thing the following day and they amended the order with absolutely no fuss whatsoever.

Thank you, makes me confident to keep ordering from yourselves in the future.

Excellent workshop by Max Vanoni. My Moto Guzzi had a difficult problem with the front wheel or fork. Max looked at it and very quickly he had figured out what the cause was and resolved it straight away. Really very competent workshop very nice guy too . My precious Guzzi from now onwards will gobto Max for repairs or servicing.

As normal interactions with Uban Riders customer service were 5 star as usual . Had an issue with a bag that I bought in February that had developed a fault after little use .
Urban rider got me a 20% refund which enabled me to get the defect corrected .

Good selection from Brands that are less common in the UK. Speed of service in my experience is mixed. But I ordered knowing and expecting this. They don't hold everything in stock so some items have to be sent from the distributor I assume. I waited 1 week for a number of items and I'm still waiting for 2 items. Although to be fair UR contacted me with an update that the order was delayed. I'm in no rush so ill wait. What I am Really impressed with is the returns. I sent some items back and 2 days later I was notified of the refunds. Overall I'm happy with the service, and as long as your not in a hurry for the items they are a top supplier. I knocked of the star because of the longer wait than other suppliers.

Terrible and would definitely not be back!
Bought two pairs of shoes to check for size. Could have bought from a different shop, but this one advertised a fast and free delivery. The shoes weren’t sent for over a week. No information. Eventually I contacted them and they said they had a delay from a supplier, and all of a sudden they sent them next day.. looks like they just forgot.

I then wanted to send one pair back and turns out the options available to post back are only for mainland. Which fair enough is part of terms and conditions - however, in this situation I would have expected a small gestures of help due to issues with my delivery. Product is good, but ‘urban riders’ as a shop is a mess and customer service is pretty poor. Do not recommend.

The customer service at Urban Rider is second to none, imo. I reached out to the team for some help selecting a riding jacket and they put so much thought and consideration into their extremely detailed reply. A big thanks to Izabela and the Urban Rider team.

Very helpful Biker store with a good selection of varied brands. Have bought numerous items from them, they do offer free returns, HOWEVER be aware that this is via a mailed label, which, if you don’t have a printer at home (like myself), means you can’t use it. If you’re returning items of £50 or more via DPD, you’ll pay a higher rate. It cost me £20 to return a helmet that didn’t fit. However this isn’t Urban Rider’s fault. If you do have an issue, they are quick to respond.

As always the order very efficiently and quickly dealt with. I've used this company a few times now and each time the same great service.
In this day of scams and fraudsters it's nice to know you are dealing with a genuine company who does exactly as they say.

Really straightforward online shopping, I was able to order with confidence due to the good info on each product.

I recently purchased a new motorcycle helmet and unfortunately noticed that the visor arrived slightly damaged. While this was disappointing at first, the way the company handled the situation completely turned things around for me.

I reached out via email to explain the issue, and their response was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. They immediately arranged for a replacement visor to be sent out via next day delivery—no hassle, no back-and-forth, just excellent customer service.

Delivered on time and quality is brilliant

Urban Rider has some really nice bike gear at great prices too. The web site is easy to use, correspondence, dispatch and delivery is rapid. I ordered a helmet on the easter bank holiday then followed it up with an email to change the size and still took delivery on the wednesday and I'm up in North East Scotland.
Great people to deal with and I'll definately buy from them again.

Bought a helmet, riding cargos & some goggles from Urban rider and they were great!

I had a quality issue with my goggles and they gladly replaced them after I showed them some photos of the issue.
