Previously purchased some boots from urbanrider excellent product and price. Returned and ordered an item that unfortunately did not function as advertised. Promptly refunded.
When it goes well, like the boots, it is easy, when things go wrong is when you see the real company.

Great company and awesome customer service! Had a fault with the strap on my goggles that I had previously purchased. Izabela sorted it and a replacement was sent straight away. Nice friendly communication and always prompt replying to emails… Real pleasure.

Not pleased with them at all. They use DHL who are absolutely awful, I wasted a day off waiting for delivery for them to say they didn’t have my house number. Do not use unless you are at home all day. They refused delivery to my neighbour and no locker was offered either. Do not use ever, you have been warned

Really great experience buying with Urban Rider. Had an issue where DPD had lost a return. Expecting this to drag on Urban Rider resolved it in less than 24hrs. Shout out to Izabela for a smooth resolution. Will definitely be ordering from Urban Rider again.

First pair of motorcycle jeans that actually fit, and dont drag down. Great service.

I visited the London Store yesterday, 28 June, to look at rider jackets, riding jeans and riding trainers. Whilst trying on some helmets i was approached by James who asked if i needed any help. I explained that i was previously a sports bike rider and used to wearing race leathers etc and had now switched to a cruiser and needed a complete new wardrobe (due to being cut out of all my old gear!!) but had no idea about quality, protection or what to look for.

James was incredibly helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. He took me through a number of jacket options, jeans and trainers trying on various options to see what fitted and felt comfortable. Noting my crash history and desire to have max protection he zero'd me in on the AAA rated options, and pointed out that the standard Level 1 armour could all be upgraded to Level 2 if i wanted.

Once settled on what i wanted, James took me to the computer and pulled up a list of the items (and showed me other colour options he didn't have in the store), explained the delivery times and options, and made a good cup of tea! I am in the military and shortly heading overseas where i will use the bike and awaiting some move dates and details, at which point i will be straight back in touch with James to place the order. I spent a good 45 minutes in the store yesterday going through this new world of clothing options and James was excellent, his customer service is second to none and as a result when ready in a few weeks i will be straight back to complete the purchase.

I've always enjoyed dealing with urban. I especially like their reviews on YouTube, making my purchasing decisions easier.

First of all, these jeans look stunning and there’s no way you would think these have any protective properties. The quality of the denim used is selvege cotton which is spun on a traditional loom to give it its texture and look. The cordura abrasion resistant reinforcements are strategically positioned and the Spada armour placement is superb. The leg has a 3 position option for the armour with 3 separate pockets, with each pocket having its own stitching that mimics the shape of the knee armour and as a result the armour stays in place - genius!!

These are superior to my old Resurgence Cafe Racer jeans by a long way.

I've ordered a retro helmet for my scooter which is absolutely amazing! Fits perfectly (size L), matches perfectly (blue as my Piaggio).
And since I had a problem with discount codes I've contacted Sonia R. on their chat and solved it right away!

Superb customer service when returning an item.

Good communication with ordered items one which status changed and went to on back order with no due, Give the option to exchange or refund ordered alternative item withe ease. Dispatched within time frame as well as very good communication updates with delivery. Range of items offered across all their web sites are excellent almost a one stop shop.

Estimated time of delivery to the store was not met and resulted in a wasted trip. Told I’d be emailed upon delivery 4 days later, still no mail or confirmation of delivery over 10 days later. Also the store NEVER answer the phone
