Terrible customer support and service. They cannot really help you with anything through the phone (they will usually give you some random useless information or straight up lie to you), their app and tracking is basically useless.

If you order from abroad, they will hold your package for weeks while it waits for customs clearence. Even after the customs cleared, they still have no delivery time for me on my package, which has now been inside the country for almost a full month already. UPS. Never. Again.

They're never notify me of the package - not by email or phone. If I didn't have an app, I wouldn't be notified that my package had been dropped off at a storage location. Sloppy gang.

Az elsőre kiertesitett dátum helyett két nappal később hozták, szombat reggel!! A feleségem vette át, mivel nem vagyok otthon,de ő is úgy rohant haza. Azt mondta, a doboz be van nyomodva. Remek. Most rettegek, mivel elég drága cucc van benne.
Mikor elsőre nem hozták, így írtam nekik, hogy kérem vissza a szállítási díjat, mire az a válasz jött, hogy nem én fizettem. Elkuldtem a számlát, arra már válasz nem jött persze.

Vicc a szolgáltatásuk. Egy EU-n belüli, csomag szomszédos országból
Küldenek egy emailt. Pénteken, hogy keddre itt van a csomagom. Hétfö délután nézem a trackinget:”Működési körülmények miatt késhet a csomagja.”
Remek!
Aztán e Kedd-i kiszállítasi dátum erre módosult:”Becsült kézbesítési idő
A kézbesítés dátumát a lehető leghamarabb közöljük.”
Azt hittem a Magyar Postánál nincs lejebb, de az UPS odavágott.

nothing else than criminals, lying about the adress on the packagge, no service, no contact possible, disgusting people working there.

very unprofessional, they never come on mentioned day, very lazy delivery men and service is extremely bad, you can't complain, customer service is ridiculously poor, i have been using their service for 3 years and it's never improved

I ordered a watch from Germany but once it arrived in Hungary, it was withheld at the depot in Vecsés because apparently the address on the parcel was 'incorrect'. I checked with the sender and the package was labelled correctly. I have tried to contact UPS via phone and email, as well as through their website (registering there is impossible!) but to no avail, so my order is still with them. They haven't made any effort at all to get in touch with me personally either. Their customer service is non-existent. Shockingly bad company.

I sent a gift to a friend for a birthday. At the booking of the delivery, it was made look easy and fast, in reality they expect the person to be customs professionals.
Hungarian customer service is non-existent.
It should be made easy for customers, not a border operations expertise for shipments to marginal value.
Rather use DHL.

Very stupid. Tried to deliver to a public kindergarden during public holliday time once. No second delivery attempt. NO Notification in the Mailbox. If I want to ask for another delivery attempt, I have to sign up to UPS. But the Email Verification does not work. UPS is to stupid to send an email with the verification code. So I can not sign up, so I can not get my package.

They generally never deliver to me, but instead to the main post office 4 km away.
I'm blind, I don't drive, and I have paid for delivery. Makes no difference to them.
I encourage everyone shipping to me to use ANYONE other than UPS.
A day after writing the above, I did actually get a delivery to the house, and the goods brought to the door, so maybe things are looking up?

Never use again - they have no Idear how to do !

This company should be banned from this planet.
they literally have a lack of professionalism. even primary school trainees would do better.

Самая ненадежная и отвратительная служба доставки! Постоянно врут и выкручиваются. Посылка по несколько дней валяется на складе, что видно в приложении, но они нагло врут, что она на таможне, что плохая погода, что курьер не едет в мой город и так по кругу! Курьер себе позволяет не позвонить и не сообщить о доставке, просто приходит имейл, что посылку не удалось доставить! Неуважаемая служба доставки Ups, если вы не умеете работать, то не беритесь. Вы ненадежная, постоянно врущая контора. Работаете когда есть настроение, написать имейл и получить ответ невозможно! С вами постоянные проблемы! Еще не было ни одного раза, чтоб не было проблем. Когда при заказе товара я вижу, что магазин работает только с Ups, у меня уже руки трясутся! Не рекомендую никому и никогда, если не хотите иметь головную боль!

Обновление! Сегодня 19 июня и посылка не получена и числится на складе Ups. Звоним им, а они заливают, что посылка на таможне и нам нужно уплатить налог!!! Какой налог?? Налог включен в стоимость доставки!!! Дозвониться до таможни невозможно, трубку никто не берет!Выяснить что-то о посылке невозможно! Ups, почему у вас до этих пор есть разрешение работать в Венгрии?? Вы создаёте полный беспорядок, не отвечаете за договоренности и постоянно врёте! На вас полный вагон жалоб, но почему-то, никто их не рассматривает! Как такое может быть в цивилизованной стране??? Надеюсь вас скоро вышвырнут и на ваше место придут те, кто умеет работать!

"Expressed Saver" delayed without explanation.
Calling them, I chose "press 9 for english". When the hungarian speaking (!!) lady picked up the phone and heard me speaking english, she close the line down. Ridiculously stupid!

I am waiting now for more than 4 weeks for a US-shipment, which is since then in a storage place from UPS. The tracking showed "additional information needed" - i called immediately, they got my phone number and email-address. "You will be contacted by the customs declaration team"... Nothing happend. Two weeks later i called again, i was told the same again. After 3 weeks i asked again, but nothing... no mail, no email, no phone call was coming. So i wonder what they are doing all the day in those customs declaration office - drink coffee? SERVICE is not available at UPS Hungary as it looks like. How is such a behaviour to explain? I dont know. NEVER again i will let send anything with UPS to Hungary.

Unacceptable lack of service both online and on the ground. NEVER EVER SHIP ANYTHING WITH UPS.
They were never able to deliver my parcels without problems and significant delays at all. I had this experience with them at least three times in two different countries. Unprofessional Parcel Service...
