If I could would give 0. The service is pure shit parcel is delivered no one knows where. They randomly hang up on calls if they answer just lying that is at pick up point and is not there.I called from pick up point then they said courier has another 2-3 days to deliver. Who is running this shit show does this place have any managers or workers I don't think so. Couriers are doing what ever they want and newer deliver anything this is my third experience and all have been shit. Sorry for language but bad does not describe the service they provide. Call center hang up and not helping made up story to cover them not working at all. Avoid this service as much as possible and to all western eshops who used this serive think about it and start using DPD or some local providers since this is not your customer choice and we will not shop in your shops anymore. People trying to work also and have no time to hunt for 4 days teir parcels specially when u pay to be delivered to your door.
Absolutely zero
The order arrived from the Netherlands to Vecsés in 18 hrs. Since then (3 days), no information. No tracking, no email, costumer survice know nothing. Worst company ever.
Much improvement needed
Ordered two items from Amazon.de. Unfortunately for me, Amazon decided to send the order in two shipments.
First shipment (screen protectors) arrived without any issues by Express One courier. 2 hours deliver slot notification, with vehicle/courier tracking. Excellent company from my experience!
The second shipment (cell phone) was sent with UPS, wit scheduled delivery on 27th of Nov. Delivery slot from 8Am to 8PM!? I waited all day, to receive an email around 5PM, delivery reschedule requested by Anonymous user. Next day at 8pm received an email that there is an address error. On Friday I rang UPS CS and inquired about the issue (no proper explanation received), but my address was confirmed. Nothing happened till Monday, when I rang them at 5pm about the status updated. CS confirmed parcel is being delivered tomorrow. Waited all day again on Tuesday for nothing, to receive again an email at 5pm that delivery reschedule requested by Anonymous user! Incompetent courier company, which clearly doesn’t care about the customers. It is hard to believe that Amazon.de works with a company which has such a low customer rating!
All my Amazon.de order so far were received without any issues and mostly on time, but then again none of them was so far with UPS Hungary!
Follow up: the parcel arrived today 4th Dec at 5pm, without any prior notification or updates on the tracking details. The driver was pleasant and professional! Called 2-3 minutes before arrival.

Nagyon undorító ami a Magyarországi UPS-nél zajlik.
Vártam egy csomagot Belgiumból ami sérülten érkezett meg raktárba és a sofőr nem volt hajlandó jegyzőkönyvet adni arról,hogy sérült csomagot szállított így a raktár nem vette át egyértelműen! Felhívtam őket és kedves Kovács Roland az UPS ügyfélszolgálat munkatársa elküldte azt a kérésem az UPS raktárba,hogy szállítsák ki újra a hibás termékeket mert át szeretnénk venni! Ehelyett a kedves UPS visszaküldte a feladónak, ennyire nehéz a magyar szóból érteni és teljesíteni amit az ügyfél kér ? Ha ennyire nehéz mondják meg és irják ki a weboldalukra de ez szégyen ami ennél a cégnél történik! Jobb választás ha csődbe viszik és inkább elmennek a mezőre dolgozni mert ennek így értelme abszolút nincs! Egy 5 csillagos értékelése sincs a cégnek, elkellene gondolkodni egy kicsit,hogy miért?! Segítek…! Azért mert egy nagy szar! Ui:Ma reggel amikor felhívtam a Magyarországi ügyfélszolgálatot azt a választ kaptam,hogy a feladó lehet hogy kérte a visszaküldést ami nem így van mert beszéltem a feladóval, az is nagyon fura,hogy a megrendelő ha kéri a csomagot a feladó bármikor vissza fordíthatja a kifizetett szállítmányt! Miez UPS? Szégyeljétek magatokat, SOHA többet nem fogok veletek együtt dolgozni!
Courier from hell
If the devil can not reach you, he'll send UPS to deliver your package. Not only the tracking is useless and full of misinformation, the staffs are lazy and incompetent. I've ordered a pair of headphones from Germany and after 3 times of saying my address is incorrect on the tracker, I emailed them directly and after 1 day it says my package was delivered. No SMS, no call, no emails saying when or where the package was delivered to. I had to google and go to an UPS access point near me and try out my luck to see if it's there and I've found my package on my own. Imagine how long it would stay there without me knowing where the hell is it.
Shame on UPS- a global company with such poor management. Even my 10 years old nephew has more responsibility than whoever is in charge of this company.

worst carrier ever! I was supposed to receive a package from amazon. UPS marked it as delivered when in fact I never received my package, they simply made it disappear.

Not the first time that I am waiting for my package, because the UPS tracking system tells me it is OUT FOR DELIVERY. No email, no SMS, no nothing, I have to keep checking the tracking number to know what is going on. I just called the Customer service at 15:15 how can I help to make this smooth, because it is rarely smooth. The CSR told me she doesn't see if my package was handed to the courier. I asked why then the system tells me it is out for delivery? She couldn't tell. We went back and forth back and forth me questioning, she cannot answer. I asked her does she think this is normal? She said she doesn't think it is normal. I asked her what can we do to try to make it normal? She said she doesn't know. Now while I was typing this I got the message from AMAZON that UPS failed to reach me during delivery. I checked by the tracking number on the UPS webpage, it says Deliver Attempted. I am literally sitting in my bedroom, my wife is cooking in the kitchen, our door bell is working, the gate phone is working. No one attempted anything. It is another lie, as usual. No I tried to ask for a UPS access point delivery, hopefully no one will steal my package and I can take it myself in a few days. Horrible service. Absolutely unprofessional and pitiful.

Wow to the inncompetency
Wow, such a incompetent company! They do not send any emails, phone calls, SMS about the delivery date and time, then of course when you are not at home that time, it's on you.
I ordered from Amazon and after the first attempt Amazon was the one notifying me that ups was at my door. On the next day ups had left a piece of paper at my door that that was the last attempt to deliver the item to my (still no prior notice).
Next day (Friday) I phoned them and asked to deliver the package on Monday. Then ofc on Friday the carrier called me that he's at my door. :) I told him that I was recheduling this.
By Monday I was in direct contact with the carrier and everything went well. As the last joke he showed me, that by their internal systems I've asked the delivery to Tuesday. :)
Rude customer service
Rude customer service, delay with the shipment for 4 days. Never again UPS. I asked for ID of my calls, they refused to tell. Never never never again.

The trackings they give you aren’t accurate.
If it says the parcel is out for delivery chances are nobody will come, so don’t waste your time waiting at home.
Unfortunately Amazon ships to Hungary using UPS so I have to deal with these scammers very often.

Worst company ever. Sitting in my garden overlooking my gate and doorbell, getting an email with a notification that I wasn’t home. No information af all about where my parcel is right now. Address is not correct and parcel is in a waitingqeue to be delivered.

Absolut miserabel! Sachen aus von den geöffnetrn Paketen verschwinden ohne Entschädigung. Paket ramponiert. Zustellung von €140 Porto Expresspsket verzögert. Äußerst unfreundliche und lügende Hotline null Service. Nie wieder UPS Ungarn!

Egy hete várok a csomagomra, elméletileg többször megpróbálták már kiszállítani, ami azt jelenti, hogy reggel 8-tól este 20 óráig itthon kell ülnie valakinek, mert ők aztán telefonon nem keresnek semmit. Közben hazudoznak, hogy jött, vagy nem talált, vagy más cím van valamiért a futárnál, vagy akármi. Szerdán délután egyértelműsítem a címet, most szombat délután van, azóta folyamatban a "címmódosítás"....

Holding packages, lying in tracking information
We have two packages in their warehouse that arrived from abroad one 12 days ago and the other 10 days ago. If processed normally these should have been delivered the next working day.
The tracking information just keeps getting longer with notes like "Address unknown" (they previously delivered to us - still we had to call them two times to sort this out), "Costumer asked for postponed delivery" (we never asked for this! - and we never called them at those times mentioned), they just keep adding tracking information, but the packages are not moving.
Calling them they can't give any reliable information on where the packages currently are or when they will eb shipped... We were told everything from "it should be shipped today" to "I can't see where the package is, I don't have that information" when talking to their costumer service on the phone. If true, this means they are basically there to lie to you or make an estimated guess.
If you can "exclude UPS" from delivery options on any of your profiles.

I never know when the parcel will arrive, it’s just so stressful. They send an inital email but than never let me know about the actual delivery date and time.
It happened multiple times. There hasn’t been a single time when they notified me about the date and time correctly.
I have ordered something pretty expencive and the devery guy asked me if he can leave it outside my door🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
The customer service doesn’t give a flying s***t, no proper response to any complaints.
I hope the authorities will shut UPS.
