Fantastic. Got mine 3 weeks as promised and in good condition. Loved it!

Initial response from the company was appalling as the item arrived damaged and with no instruction - finally I received an acknowledgement and they offered to send me a replacement which they duly did and promptly so all should be good I'd say. However the product is poor quality and magnets are too weak to hold it together - decided to use bulldog clips to hold the sides, not ideal and not very professional. Anyway I'd not recommend this product at all it's really rubbish and not as advertised. More to the point the website is by Shopify and frankly they should be responsible for allowing an assumed North American business operate from Shanghai and with no business details attached. They should be accountable also. At the end the day the people there resolved my problem, but there is no returns procedure as they are in China. Consumers should know that. I guess the clue was in the name.

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I had same experience as others with the LED light box. It arrived one month after I ordered and is un-usable as the magnets are way too weak to hold box together. They said if I returned it (to China!) within 30 days of receiving, I could get a refund...but it cost mort than I paid for the item to ship it back, so there is not point to go to that trouble. Now they have offered to send a functioning box but are asking to to provide a video of the box collapsing! Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It is bunk!

The product arrived in a soft sleeve envelope and was thus broken on arrival.
The magnets in the walls are super weak and do not hold the walls up.

I Will give them 0 stars. Ridiculous webshop. I waited more than 1 month for a led photo box. I asked them per email per 25 days where my pack was. got an answer my pack was still in china (i don't know why). I waited still 10 days, nothing. Wrote back again and, this time, that said me the pack is back to us. I asked them my money back. Today after 20 days no one wrote me and I still don't have my money (around 70 euro).Never again I will buy on this rubbish website, and for sure i will never suggest this to other people.

I ordered a light box from them, it was very small and didn't come with any sort of instructions on how to open it when I first received it so I bent it by accident and now it won't really sit properly. Also the light has a blue hue to it so it takes terrible pictures no matter what I try. Also, I emailed them repeatedly to get info about what cord to use because I wasn't given any cord to actually use the light and when I inquired about which one to get I didn't receive any kind of response. Also they sent me a video on how to open it after I emailed the first time and in th video there is a cord that comes with it that I did not receive. And now I am getting zero response when I asked about refund. So hate them wouldn't buy from them again and still trying to get answers about the cord and refund and got nothing. Now I'm out like $40. Hate them.

I purchased the big light box. It arrived many wks later. The black cover has a damaged zipper. However, the worst thing is that the magnets are completely useless and as a result the box cannot be assembled. As such, the box cannot be used. I will try to find magnets from old hard drives in order to make it work. Bottom line, do not buy from them.

On the good side, responses to my e-mails were always quick and courteous.

On the bad side, the product I bought had issues, and returning it would have cost more than the product itself. So I'm out $80.

Here's my story:
I bought a photo light box, and mine was one of the ones delayed due to manufacturing issues. Maybe that's why it arrived cracked and with magnets that wouldn't hold it up. I got past those issues, but discovered the product wouldn't do what I needed. I asked about returns, and here's the message I got:

"Hi, Based on our Returns Policy buyers will be the one responsible for paying the return postage cost. We understand that the process would not be very economical on your part, especially it can be costly to return an item from your country to our Regional Warehouse. It can even be more expensive than the product itself. Not to mention, the process could be very tedious on your part considering the waiting period. But since we value our customers like you, we would want to help and check on possible options. Please let us know if you are interested to see other options for you."

In all fairness, I was tired of fooling with it and I didn't inquire about options. I don't know what would have transpired if I had taken that route.

I posted a customer review on the Upkeepyoga sales site two days ago, and it isn't showing up on their site. I'm thinking they cherry-pick the reviews to show.

Lovely as the Moon! It really looks like a real one and i love how it adds a perfect ambiance on my room. Plus it arrived safely and sound in a well packed. Overall i love it!

I completely agree with the comments posted by others. I ordered the light box and some other photography items. Arrived after weeks and weeks and items broken. The light box I can't even work out how to open it. I only got a response when I put in a complaint through Paypal. They have not agreed to refund and insist I return at my own cost. It was AU$55 to send this garbage back. So even if they do refund (which I think is unlikely except via the Paypal dispute system) I am out of pocket $55 with nothing to show for it. It's just disgraceful. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hice una compra desde julio y no llega, al principio la respuesta es que llega en 3 semanas máximo, luego que tienen hasta 60 días para entregar, con el número de guía dice que no a salido de España y en teoría en una compañía China.

Lamentable el servicio y atención al cliente.

No compren con ellos, es fraude.

This is my last note to this company. They claim to to be based in Canada, but ship from China. There is no address or phone number on their website. I ordered a product end of July - it arrived 6-7 weeks later and has been damaged in the post. The product is dreadful quality and does not stand up on its own. Furthermore there is no returns address. I researched and discovered a Facebook page full of unsatisfied customers, many not receiving goods and many waiting a long long time for delivery - this is my last of 8 emails to the company - you decide, but I'd say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS FRAUDULENT - " I ordered a Portable LED Studio photobox from you on the 29 July - it finally arrived this week on Thursday 7 September. The item has been damaged in transit and sent without any instructions, via your distributor (I assume) in China. I have sent you emails and photographs, one email acknowledged and asking me again to send photographs. I have done this and yet you have not acknowledged the problem. Please can you do this as a matter of some urgency - I have asked for a refund as the goods are faulty and damaged. I do understand your situation, however it's a fairly simple problem to resolve. I look forward to hear from you before the end of business on Monday 11 September. Thank you in advance and hopefully we can clear up this error. (Contacting you again via FaceBoook because that is where you advertised this product.) "

it's a scam, I have not received my order it's been 45 days and they don't respond to me emails

I ordered the Portable LED Studio Photo Box from UPKEEPYOGA. It took over 4 weeks to arrive. I didn't mind this so much as they emailed to let me know of the delay, but when it finally arrived it looked like a rubbish bit of plastic in a black, thin fabric bag. There are no instructions or ANYTHING with it! I can't even open the box to use it!!
I'm really gutted as it cost me so much and I really need it to take photos for my new online shop. I have tried contacting them, but have not heard back. I then tried posting feedback on their website trying to ask other people for advice on how to use it, but funnily enough they only post positive 5 star ratings. This is definitely a scam do not buy from them.

I got my Photobox from upkeepyoga and I love how it works! At first, I was worried because of the delay but its worth the wait. It made my photo products (cause im selling online) look amazing and clearer than ever. Can definitely catch someone's attention. Thank you for the good customer service and for the product.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Found them through an Instagram ad. Took 6 weeks for my order to be delivered, and as soon as I saw it I was very disappointed with the quality. There were no instructions, no invoice, no nothing! Sent an email to see how I could get a refund and didn't get a reply for a whole week. It's a sham of a company and I really don't recommend using them.
