It is a scam I never got my order.. They kept sending me mails saying just wait a couple of days... I also got a tracking number but it does not exist.
Every time they write you a mail it is a different person writting.. Save your money and stay away...

Wow! No wonder why my friend recommended this company! Fast delivery, secure package, the quality is good. I can say that I'm a satisfied customer. I'm surely recommend this company.

Can be trusted. The company has no issue with delivery, only the local courier sometimes. Can be trusted with refunds when parcel is lost or unreceived. Great items. Cool stuff.

Terrible delivery tracing system...

I haven't get my order after 3 weeks....and they can't even tell me where my order is now....Only give you a tracing number that keep saying it is pending..... .

Don't buy things from this website only if you want to get it in your next life...

Horrendous customer service.

It seemed I had accidentally purchased an item (it shoves a recommended item in your face upon checkout, I assumed it was related to the item I actually wanted.) I immediately after paying for both items, contacted customer service to have them not process the unwanted item.

I heard nothing for three days. I sent another e-mail in the morning. Nothing. Later that day however, I got an e-mail to say that both items had been processed and had been delivered. Again, I contacted customer services. This time I got a reply and was told it was now too late to remove the item. They suggested to decline accepting the package in order to get a refund. I replied with the assumption that the item I actually do want will surely be packaged with the item I don't want, so turning it away doesn't help me. I've never had a reply from them since after contacting them at least once every day. This was 5 days ago.

Absolutely terrible website, staff and service.

Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich am liebsten diese Sterne auch noch abziehen. Ich habe für fast 40 ¢ eine Yoga-Uhr bestellt. Die wurde geliefert als `Bastel-Paket´: anscheinend soll man diese Uhr selber zusammenzubauen.... Ich habe die Uhr - so wie beauftragt in der Mail/Reklamation - zurückgeschickt zum Lager in China, dafür fast 10 Euro Versandkosten bezahlt. Bis heute: keine Reaktion, kein Refund, nix...
Ich kopiere hierunten die Mail und empfehle alle Interessenten keine Ankäufe hier zu tätigen 👎🏼

At the 11. July I contacted you concerning the return shipping of the Yoga Clock.

You did not answer my email. WHY NOT?
No reaction to a serious complaint which you apparently do not consider important...
Therefore I have to express my feelings of deep disappointment!!! Again!
I payed you almost 34 Euros for a this article and I returned it to your address in China for another 8,50 Euros.
I urgently ask you to - at first - answer my complaint, and - secondly - refund my money. Please make sure that this situation creates negative publicity for your company. If you want to do serious business in Europe, in Germany, or anywhere in this world, you have to keep your promises. Also wenn your business is located in China.

Maybe you consider us Europeans as so far away that we do not care about getting our money back… then you are very very wrong.

This would be my second time posting a review for this company and I'm loving it! Why? I ordered again from them but this time with different product - water bottle. I love how it looks (fancy) and it is very durable. I used to bring it with me when I hit the gym. You always never fail me with my expectations.
