I never received the item that I purchase. I spent 50 bucks and never got anything. I contacted them over and over again and they pointed me to this Chinese carrier to track my package, that said they had issues with the address. Anyway, I feel completely ripped off.

Don't ever use this company. Still waiting for an email response from September!

They are serious! I have been very grateful after they have managed to replaced my one damaged item. Though the item was damaged while in transit due to courier mishandling, they have sent me new one for free. Kind and thoughtful customer support really.

Received my photo box and my humidifier. both received in good condition thanks God. I really had low hopes due to the reviews I've seen after I purchased. Luckily it wasn't the case at all.

Finally, i'm happy with the photo box. I used it several times in my shoot and results are pretty amazing. A lot of em would say that this product isn't working but actually it depends on how you use it. At first, i thought this is not what i expected but when they were able to provide the proper steps on how to set up, etc. then everything has changed. It was good and a big help on my job. Just be patient guys!
