TERRIBLE QUALITY!

I bought a chakra bracelet and the elastic broke within a few months. The same thing happened to two other people I know. When I asked for a replacement customer support said they wouldn't replace it because the damage didn't occur during delivery but resulted from my usage. I sent a few further emails but no response. So don't buy anything from Upkeep Yoga unless you don't mind it only lasting a few months.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this vendor. The first item arrived damaged. They shipped out a replacement, and that was damaged as well. They will not refund the money until you ship the item back to them in China. They will not reimburse for return shipping either. Shipping back to Asia is more expensive than the item. They have terrible customer service!

I like the elephant print yoga mat, aside from its refreshing and calm print, it’s so comfortable and durable. I like it’s quality, highly recommended 👍🏻

Sehr enttäuschend, zuerst habe ich wochenlang auf die Ware gewartet, dann wurde sie beschädigt geliefert. Ausserdem hat sich herausgestellt das der Artikel nicht funktioniert und völlig und unbrauchbar ist! Der Artikel ist keine fünf Dollar wert! Es wurde mir über Paypal angeboten den Artikel auf meine Kosten nach Singapur zu senden was für mich auf Grund der hohen Kosten nicht infrage kam. Ich habe bei Paypal Beschwerde und Käuferschutz beantragt es wurde mir aber nicht geholfen! Hände weg von dieser Firma!! Reiner Betrug!!
