Umbro deliver diamond customer service
I took a look at the website and spotted a pair of England Rugby 24/25 Contact Drill Pants. They were on sale and as I needed a pair I bought them in the sale. I opted for a Saturday delivery as I would be away. The pants arrived on Thursday when I was away and I had to collect them on Friday. I rang Umbro to explain what had happened and the lady I spoke to said she would refund the Postage and Packing as it had not been done as requested. She said she would speak to the courier about the issue. As I said at the time I had no problem with Umbro it is just that its reputation was being tarnished when it had done nothing wrong. The drill pants fitted great and I was very happy with them. I was delighted with the way Umbro dealt with the issue and its service.

Ganz schlechte Qualität
Ganz schlechte Qualität. Die T-Shirts sind nach einmal waschen komplett außer Form und bei den Schuhen löst sich nach 3-mal tragen die Sohle ab. Also Finger weg.

Delivery was cancelled and item sent back to Umbro. My parcel was meant to be delivered to my local post office but somehow this couldn’t be achieved by the courier company. I’m still waiting for a refund.
Update.
I spoke to Umbro directly and I’ve had a full refund so fairly happy and will reorder……

Great product ! The size was a bit unclear on the website so had to take a size up but was not the correct at the end of the day.
But the product itself feels good!

No le doy cero, porque no existe. Llevamos 45 días esperando unas camisetas de fútbol para que mi hijo pueda jugar con su equipo. La atención al cliente es pésima no te dan ningún tipo de solución, te mandan a email que parece que es un robot que contesta lo que quiere. Nos hacen gastar un dineral en equipaciones para después no tenerla. Ojala ningún club le comprara nada. Ahora otro finde que mi hijo no puede jugar porque no les da la gana de enviarnos las camisetas
