Have ordered many times and no problem but this time I sent an item back for an exchange and they sent me a completely wrong item as a replacement, I then had to send that back only to receive the right item but in the same size again instead of the one I wanted, so again had to send the item back and then finally got the right size sent to me, but the customer service was prompt and the communication was good and friendly...

Although my item was lost by Evri (Not Umbros fault), when I contacted Umbro Directly they sent a replacement with next day delivery. This is excellent customer service and I will order again.

I ordered a women’s England rugby short sleeve t-shirt and a zip up hooded wind breaker in my usually normal size 12 and both fitted perfectly and exceptional quality. I placed the order with the regular delivery option and received it 2 days later on a Sunday morning. Super fast delivery and very well packaged. Thank you Umbro - I will be ordering more. Just for reference I am a slim 5’10” and sleeves on the windbreaker were actually long enough which is hard to find for a tall person.

The item was too small so I had to return it. Although a return address label was sent it was not clear how to return the irem ie by Evri who delivered it or general post. I have paid to send it by post and am tracking it.

Sizes were not appropriately represented.

Love the rerelased gear. I've wanted that jumper ever since 1996 and thought I'd never see it again. I ordered the drill pants separate and they came in a couple of days. Seen a few negative reviews about the jumper that had nothing to do with the jumper itself but the fact they hadn't received it. It clearly stated pre order and customer services informed you that it was likely to be the 18th of August it would be restocked. Not sure why people left negative reviews about not receiving and item that was clearly listed as pre order and not currently in stock. I wouldn't let this dissuade you from ordering from Umbro. I had zero issues with them in terms or item quality, delivery or customer service. Thank you for making this iconic outfit one last time.

Umbro shoe i would say is good apart from the the sole as it wears out it goes extremely on one side part the shoe is comfortable and strong perfect for running.

I purchased 3 pairs of jogging bottoms. First pair I wore dropped black bits everywhere all over my home. So put all 3 to washing machine on gentle was 30 deg. All 3 pairs shrunk so much that I can not use them at all. Total waste of my hard urned money. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered from the official umbro website when they had a promotion offering two Football shirts for £30, two days later after my money had been taken from my account my order was cancelled. The money will apparently take up to 5 working days to arrive, I am extremely let down by this service as after you pay for something you expect to receive it whether the seller has made a mistake or not. Do not shop from here because they obviously just do what they like in terms of people's time and money.
