When they tell you that you'll get paid…
When they tell you that you'll get paid in Monday latest Tuesday and then it is Saturday and you still didn't got your money! They work with fraudlent employers agencies according to my experience! They should all get some vacation for a year or two in jail! UPDATE: from 600 euro gross I got 280 euro net pay, they paid me the payholiday and deducted it in the same time!

We work hard to ensure full transparency and compliance with HMRC, as well as being accessible and supportive to all our contractors.
Unfortunately, payroll can very often involve a number of factors, some of which are outside the control of both ourselves and you as the contractor. Therefore, if you have any further queries or questions I would urge you to speak to our customer services team who will be happy to assist you.

Second time round
I have just signed up with Umbrella for the second time, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the set up process to be straightforward and hassle free. Customer service has been excellent with speedy responses to queries.

Invoicing issues solved brilliantly
I had an issue with invoicing and a misunderstanding between my recruitment agency and Umbrella.
Nicolas identified what was causing the initial issue, walked me through the steps needed to rectify the issues and checked in with me at every stage. He was brilliant throughout.
