Super helpful and really efficient
Really impressed with Umbrella.co.uk. From the very start they’ve been super helpful and really efficient. I had a payslip query and Emilie from the customer services team was brilliant, clear, friendly and quick to sort everything out. She followed up straight after the call with everything in writing, which was really reassuring. Easy to deal with and would happily recommend Umbrella.co.uk to anyone.

Efficient process to change from my previous Umbrella
I had only started using my last Umbrella company in November and was hit with an increase in the weekly fee by over £100% to manage my pension payments recently. Cameron Young was efficient and the whole move was completed including pension payments within 24hrs to Unbrella.co.uk. Excellent

Great Service From Mollie @ Umbrella

Speedy, efficient service!
Umbrella.co.uk have always been my go to umbrella company when referring my contractors, Ciara's speed and service are always second to none and not to mention how approachable and helpful she is. She always goes the extra mile and is so efficient with everything she does, I would not recommend Umbrella enough, especially working with Ciara for any referrals or queries!
