Worst umbrella company ever. Not one payslip is correct, they lose expense receipts and say you never sent them, they never explain anything and then the customer service is so poor, after 3 months I have to leave as I can't take it anymore

My end client's agency supported my migration to Giant Group as a result of preferred providers due to changes to UK Government legislation. Giant and the agency coordinated my transfer smoothly including timely processing of payments so there was no noticeable effect on me. Thank you to the team for being easily available and helpful throughout.

Staff - Andre Davis is always very quick & helpful with any requests or issues.

Service - Seems weird to have to email Giant to request holiday pay and ask how many holiday days you've accrued. Would make more sense to be able to book them in an online calendar, with a counter of remaining holiday days.

But the current email method functions well enough from a technical perspective, just not from a practical one.

On one reference sent 3 times without proper written confirmation that the canidate had agreed to release personal information. Each was replied to

Only to then get the same email again the next morning (today)
