It was all very mechanised and not tailored to my circumstances - there was little on the linkage back to PwC in areas such as time recording etc and there were few updates on the process. It is more of an issue for those at PwC and up the chain but I wasn't impressed with the experience.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Hamza Ahmed at Giant Group for the exceptional customer service and support he provided.
Hamza assisted me with resetting and setting up my Giant portal and went above and beyond to help me resolve missing documentation from my previous Giant user sign-in. He patiently guided me through every step, including helping me with issues surrounding my verification ID.
What really stood out was that Hamza stayed on the phone with me and made sure everything was fully set up and working before finishing the call. His patience, professionalism and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly straightforward.
It’s rare to receive such genuinely excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort Hamza put into helping me.

The contact for helping answer any questions is a great feature. If the bot doesn't answer your question you can speak to an agent. Eleanor Downey answered all my questions very quickly and gave me everything I needed. Thank you for your help.

Hayley Paulyn is an outstanding member of the Giant Team
Hayley Paulyn is an outstanding member of the Giant team. Many issues arose for me when dealing with Giant, Hayley was quick to deal and resolve them. When the issue required further investigation she kept me informed at all times. Hayley’s approach is 5 star.
Giant itself needs to make some of its processes far more transparent and easy to deal with.
