Payments consistent and on time
I have always received my payments on time, and any queries dealt with efficency.
I had many other 'umbrella' companies approach me while researching services, many promised higher take home pay. However I was caucitious after hearing stories about dogy companies not paying income tax and contractors being billed for £0000's in unpaid tax.
I trusted this company for 14months, so far no unexpected bill from HMRC, hence 4 stars.

Great start!
Just signed up and both Josh and then Mollie we’re really friendly, helpful and consistent with each other which I appreciated! I’ve never worked for an agency, or been paid via an umbrella scheme before, but so far - so good!

Nicolas was superb
Nicolas was superb. I’ve had an issue not being paid correctly, which sounds like a blip from the agency who are paying Umbrella. I explained to Nick that I’m autistic and I need things to be taken slow so that I understand. Nick helped me to get onto my Umbrella portal, even patiently waiting whilst I got set up. I was reassured about the pay mistake and what I need to do to get this resolved swiftly with the agency. Nick then even said that they will be my point of contact which is fantastic for me. Being autistic, I don’t want to be speaking to lots of different people ideally. Thank you, Nicholas and great work!

They took my whole wages for the week…
They took my whole wages for the week lied to me about tax underpayment, no evidence whatsoever who they paid it to. I’m without a weeks pay, coerced me into signing terms and condition or I wouldn’t be paid. This is a really bad company. When you try to call and speak to the person responsible they lie about him not being at work. It’s such a shame you don’t choose your payroll but I will from now on. Scammer!!
